Beautiful Kitchens and Bath

One of the owner has a great sense of color and helped coordinate the work. The work was flawless. I was thrilled with it.

Karen's customer service is outstanding! She helped me find a replacement kitchen cabinet face when I had almost given up hope of finding an exact replacement. Later, when I tried to pay for the part she determined my cabinet was still under warranty and told me the part was covered. Even though I did not have a big project or spend lots of money with BK&B, they still took care of me. That level of service is so hard to find today but when the time for a kitchen or bath remodel comes, I will be coming to Karen and Beautiful Kitchens and Bath.

The workmen came first to do the demolition of the old bathroom. They did their job quickly and cleaned up after themselves each day.  Then the tub was installed.  We replaced the shower the tub the floors the toilets and the vanity in the hall bath.  The mason who did the tile work was professional, knowledgable and methodical.  He was always punctual and did a great job.  When we called for some reason or other the owner always got back to us quickly.

Beautiful Kitchens and Bath provided outstanding recommendations on new changes to the existing design, recommendations for tile, new fixtures and a new vanity.  Our home is twelve years old, and we have owned it for the last six years.  Beautiful Kitchens corrected major discrepancies in the original installation.  Upon the start of the project, it was discovered that the original installation was poorly done.  Tile was raising up in the shower area, and in the area of the tub.  There was a leak in the shower which resulted in mold in the wall structure, and rotting and warped wood around the shower and tub.  They fixed these discrepancies and completed the installation using the most modern products and installation techniques.  We asked for a heated floor, as the original contractor had failed to properly insulate the space below the floor.  It is immediately over the garage and the floor is very cold in the winter.  Most noteworthy, was the tile installation, the workmanship is impeccable.  Their tile installers are some of the best in the Metro DC area, and I enthusiastically recommend them for this type of work.  
Throughout the installation, Beautiful Kitchens kept us well informed on the next phase of work, and did a great job of scheduling the multiple tradesmen who were part of this total effort - electricians, plumbers, walls and sheetrock, painters, etc...  The company's manager of the project, is a stickler for detail and proper installation techniques, he did a great job supervising the overall effort.
We had a great experience with Beautiful Kitchens.  If you have any upgrade project that requires new tile, this is the company to take your business to.  Their workmanship and professionalism is exceptional.  If you are contemplating building a new home, I would recommend you go with Beautiful Kitchens, to ensure your work is done right the first time.

Carl and his associates were absolutely top-notch when it comes to being professional.  They were extremely understanding about having a baby in the house that needed to nap during certain times of the day, they were very clean and very punctual.  Their work was very accurate and exceeded our expectations.  There were a few very minor issues that came up a few days after the work was completed, and Carl responded right away and fixed all the issues to our satisfaction with no hassle.  The only down side would be the price, it is a little high, but you are definitely paying for the quality of people, quality of work, and the 2 showrooms that make choosing your materials very easy.  We would recommend them to anyone and will likely use them in the future.

They had to order the cabinets because they were custom made and that took six weeks. They got them in and installed for probably a week and a half because they had to have the tile person and the granite company come in. It was a process and it was excellent.

Installed granite countertops and tile backsplash in my kitchen. They worked with us and were very accommodating. The kitchen looks great! Only complaint is that the tile was not cut exactly right around one of the outlets. It has to be patched with grout. Thankfully, it is not really noticeable.

Got three quotes, Beautiful Kitchens was competitive and had done a kitchen for one of the neighbors. Overall very satisfied with installation and final product. Only problem was electrical subcontractor making some mistakes that were later corrected and kitchen faucet that was not installed properly.

First off let me start by saying that if your considering a bath room remodel start preparing yourself for the price of this endeavor because it will very likely be one of the most expensive things you will do in home improvement. To that end it becomes all the more important that  you plan well and hire the right people that will bring it all together for you in a way that  can justify the expense.
 Now I got to say that I am somewhat reluctant in writing this review because I have nothing to say in a negative way and I really need them available to do my kitchen some day and  all this can do is make them busier however in all fairness to all here it is.
 From this company you can expect top quality workmanship period, some of the best I have ever seen, You can expect them to be on time every day and they will finish what they start. They are very predictable in their work habits and schedule so you will always know what's going on each day. The work is well coordinated and orchestrated  in such a way that it all comes together in the end with one bathroom complete and the other ready to begin. In the interest of keeping this short I will close by saying that we were happy in every way and they exceeded all my expectations. On price I will note that beautiful kitchens was not the cheapest nor the most expensive of received quotes but I do believe they were one of the best. I would be happy to have them come back for other jobs and I can without hesitation recommend them to you.
