I had a sunken floor in two areas of the home which was due to a water leak over time. Floor joists and sump pump was installed after existing water was removed from affected areas. The owner, Mr. Larry Alvey was more than reasonable and very understanding with my budget. I cannot thank him and his crew enough for the work they have performed. I highly recommend!!!

Coombs Creek did a great job of evaluating problem areas.They are very kind and help you with problem solving especially if your on a budget. I would recommend them just to come out and look over your home and point out any corrective steps that you need to make that could save you money on your heating bill,or things that could become a larger problem down the road.

We had a severe mold issue in our basement area that needed immediate treatment. Larry and his team remediated the area for a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner. Larry also made himself available to answer questions not just about the mold but also about other questions we had pertaining to our home which we are currently preparing to sale. Lastly, we recently had our home retested for mold, and there were little to no mold spores found in the treated area.

Larry was knowledgeable, efficient, and on time. Work was preformed in excellent fashion. Larry provided before and after photos of the mold in the crawl space and I am very pleased.

The Coombs Creek Team are a amazing. They weren't about just making a quick dollar. The quality of work was stellar. Larry, the owner, was a great resource. The owner Larry came out quickly to quote the project and was able to get started very quickly. I'm very satisfied with my choice as he went out of his way to ensure I was happy and the quality of work was outstanding. His staff were polite and cleaned up after every visit. I felt Larry was a straight shooter and was reasonably priced and would highly recommend his company.

Excellent, professional, Quick

Larry (owner) was prompt, courteous, on schedule, and reasonably priced. Job was in a crawlspace and involved removing mold, old damp insulation, removing and replacing old damp floor joists, removing dirt and adding pee gravel, replacing insulation, installing proper vapor barrier, and finally installing industrial strength dehumidifier. Of course there was "growth work" as new discrepancies were discovered but Larry and his crew took care of it without extending the schedule and only slightly increasing cost over the original estimate. The work needed to be completed in order to close on a sale on time and everything came together ok in the end. Great Job :^)

Larry, is not the usual contractor, --- first, he explains what the problem is, second, how it should be fixed, and third, he is knowledgeable of the root causes of problems due to issues with ---heating, air conditioning, vents, building codes, and mold. (His pricing is fair.) His team is efficient, considerate, and quick, ---- most of all few suprises!

Larry did an awesome job. Mold remediation, drywall and even checked out my AC unit all in the same day. My basement looks good now. Highly recommend.

Once I decided to hire him set appointment for next day. when he was running a little late he phoned & gave me new estimated arrival time. Not only did he stick to his original estimate but he took some material not included in the original estimate. Broom cleaned both inside & outside areas when he was done.
