Great, as soon as they identified that the breakers were not the problem he identified the circuit that was in a matter of minutes. Surprised the h*** out of me because if the breakers are not the problem this is going take some time to run down what the actual issue is. Not so, once the problem circuit was identified Ross's team began to fix and replace all damaged components. I am extremely pleased and will contact AEECO again if I have any other electrical issues.

Ross and his team were completely amazing. I had a "no heat" situation for weeks and needed to have the electrical checked. He immediately worked me into his schedule. He let me know what was going on every step of the way and made sure I was completely informed. Clearly safety was a huge concern as well. I would entirely hire the American Eagle Electric Company again. Fantastic work.

Ross is exceptional. We wanted to add a ceiling spot light to a cathedral ceiling connecting it to an existing circuit used for an overhead fan. Sound simple but it wasn't as the fan was poorly installed by a previous owner of the house and ceiling joists made placement of the spot and running wires tricky. Long story made short, Ross got it done, overcoming several unanticipated problems along the way. First class. And, to boot, he's a nice guy - responsive, good-humored, and more than willing to go the extra yard. Reasonably priced. Definitely will call him again!

Ross and his team are exceptional in every way. We had the good luck to call his number for a repair to an old home water heater. He came out right away, fixed it, then proceeded to educate me on the various other hazards he'd noted that needed immediate attention. He took care of all of it for us. When it came time for us to tear that old house down and build a new one, we told our builder AEECO was the only company for us. Ross and his team are masters of their craft, creative, thorough, and personable. Ross, the owner was extremely reliable and professional. He even fixed something that wasn't part of the job for free. His prices were surprisingly good as well!

Ross was punctual and very personable. He installed fan boxes and three fans explaining everything thoroughly. He initially diagnosed that there was no power to two of the fans and was able to properly get juice to the areas. Once found he was able to get the fans in place properly and made sure all were secure. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. American Eagle was very responsive, courteous and professional. I initially called after hours expecting to leave a message but actually spoke with the owner on the first call. Despite it being July 4th weekend he worked with me on setting up an appointment. American Eagle went out of their way to suggest simple ideas to remedy the problem before having to pay for the service call. All in all an excellent experience!

Ross videoed his completed work and sent pictures. Ross sent video and pictures on my cell phone so I could see what he did. I especially loved that since we are in a different state. It was the next best thing to being with him and having him show us in person. He is honest, personable, punctual, and on the ball. We are sharing his contact information with our friends. I highly recommend him.

Ross was highly professional and thorough (researched prior to initial appointment to survey the job before the hot tub arrived, even called the hot tub store to get the tub specs and ensure that he'd have the right materials, etc. on installation day). The most impressive aspect of this job was the timing.  We ordered a hot tub shortly before the holidays, with delivery to be on 12/14.  I'd called around to find an electrician to do the job, only to find repeatedly that they were all booked until January.  I was not an Angie's List user at the time, and turned there.  American Eagle Electric was first on the list for my area, so I called.  Ross was pretty busy, but he listened to my story -- we had just moved into our house, were expecting company for Christmas, and really wanted the hot tub up and running in time.  He carved out time in his schedule and was here on the 15th to hook it up.  He is fastidious, responsive, a very good communicator -- QUALITY work and care.  I hesitate to recommend his services, for fear he'll be too busy for us in the future, but it's only fair to share.  It's difficult when moving to a new area to find trustworthy and reliable contractors. I couldn't have been happier with the job performed by AEECO!

We purchased a foreclosed home that was half complete and during our search for contractors a friend recommended AEECO to us. Ross and his crew came in and looked the place over, offered great suggestions and together we agreed on a plan. They were fast, efficient, affordable and did excellent work. We will only use AEECO for all future projects and recommend him to anyone who asks.

The whole experience went very well.  Both electricians with AEEC were very professional & knowledgeable about their trade...and how to fix my electrical issues.  Both electricians were very friendly & personable, which made the whole experience that much better.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work in this area.

He did an excellent job drilling through the pad and running the electric to the pavilion. He found the pavilion wouldn't pass inspection with the electric outlet that came with the pavilion and installed a new outlet. He offered suggestions on improving the ceiling fan installation and in the end it came out fantastic. He even installed a box for future Led accent lighting because I wanted to do it down the road! Excellent guy to work with. He will be doing my future electric work for sure.

Ross was responsive/reachable by phone, on time, professional, and knowledgeably explained everything he did. Spent about an hour finding and correcting the problem and then checking to ensure everything was operating properly. Would recommend him to others and most definitely use him again.

Great personality, great technical skills, great work ethic.  It got a bit messy for underground wiring, but unavoidably so.  Ross said I could help with the digging if I wanted to save time (=money), and I gladly did so.  All along he explained what he was doing and presented me with options when applicable.  Very trustworthy!

Master Electrician Ross Payne, American Eagle Electric Company, LLC (AEECO) was very helpful in our kitchen remodel and offered many suggestions for its successful completion. He was punctual, skilled, responsive, and friendly.
Our first contact was by phone. He made arrangements to inspect the property and arrived on time. He performed a thorough inspection of the kitchen, crawl space, attic, electric panel box, and kitchen cabinet layout. We directed him to the cabinetmaker for answers to many technical questions, which he did. Within a few days a detailed estimate was received. (We received 4 bids and his was the most comprehensive; offering suggestions we had not considered.) It is tricky to schedule tradesmen for the one day between the kitchen demolition and installation of new cabinets; especially since the date was changed twice by the cabinetmaker. Ross was very accommodating to these changes even though it required reworking his schedule.
The day after the cabinet demolition, Ross and his assistant arrived on time and spent the entire day wiring the kitchen, moving receptacles and adding wiring for new appliances. He indicated the cabinets, backsplash, and countertop must be finished before his return. The following week, Ross was on-time again and completed the project even assisting the plumber with the installation of the dishwasher.
We would recommend AEECO to anyone who is considering, electrical work, a rehab or an addition. It was a pleasure to have him in our house.

Excellent.  It is great to actually find a reliable and honest person that you can count on.  Ross at AEECO did exactly what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it.  This is the first experience in years that I had someone show up when they said they would, not just hopefully within a huge window.  He worked with me through a very large project touching almost every area of my home.  He really cared about getting my job done well, getting it done right, and keeping our house safe. 
Ross made great suggestions that I am already happy about, including moving the GFCI pass through for my tub into my closet, so they could be tripped without going under the tub through my access panel.  They were able to show up early in the mornings and on time every day and I couldn?t have been happier with the timeliness and work ethic. 
Ross even ended up in a touchy situation where a bathroom contractor that came in behind him cut and moved outlets he added for my new tub.  He had to come back and fix it and worked with me to get the job back up to code and safely installed. He demonstrated exactly what was wrong, even providing scans of the code for violations in need of correction, explaining what was done and how and why it needed to be fixed.  He went above and beyond with me and resolving the situation with the contractor.  
I would highly recommend AEECO and will definitely use them again.

Extremely helpful and fast, Ross came out the same day I called. I'm remodeling my basement and he verified all my work and gave me very helpful tips. I thought the price was very fair, he spend about 1.5 hours working then .5 hours talking to me and telling me how to improve my DIY improvements. I believe it's rare to find honest local businesses and I will continue to use them for all future electrical work.

Ross was very responsive and showed me how the generator connection and panel works.  He even came by after the job was done to demo his own generator. 

Superb.  I will use Ross and American Eagle Electric Company in the future.  I have other projects in mind now that I've found someone/company upon whom I can rely.  Initially called him on Friday based upon the reviews I'd read on Angies List...He stopped by on Tuesday to discuss the required work and provide estimate.  Ross and his assistant were at our home bright and early this morning (Wed).  He completed the work in about 3.5 hours.  Looks and works "as advertised."  He has our highest endorsement and we'll be speaking with our neighbors about his high quality work.

First off the guy was very strange, he actually said he would come out and fix my problem that very day even if it was late that night because he had other work he was doing that day.  I said, "Do people still exist in America that do that?  This guy is the type of people that made America great.  He showed up with a pending thunderstorm and said, "let's get to work".  He took a look at my outdoor outlet and made a quick fix that was much less involved than I expected because he said it didn't need anything more than that.  I respect a business guy who is not out to make a quick buck at your expense.  He actually said it doesn't need anything more than that so I'm not going to do anything more than that.  He finished off the inside work like a pro and I was good to go.  He was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am glad I took his advice.  I am the president of a very large HOA of over 500 homes and he will definitely be on my "number one recommended list".

Ross completed the first and most extensive job over a weekend. Ross gave me advance notice by phone that he was on his way to my house where he arrived promptly with his assistant. Ross displayed exemplary professionalism in the form of: safety, quality, and worked efficiently to complete the job.
Ross used his expertise to guide me through choice that I needed to make in terms of choosing appropriate lighting to meet my needs.
Overall, I recommend American Eagle Electric Company highly and without reservation.

We contacted American Eagle Electric describing the location where a security surveillance camera monitor was to be mounted on a wall.  Ross noted that he could look at the project ASAP and would provide a firm quote.  After he evaluated the challenges of the project he provided a quote and did the work.  He completely the work in a timely manner and kept the jobsite clean.  His bill was exactly as estimated and he did some extra work to make it easier for our technicians as well.  He provided a detailed invoice and we paid.  It was just that simple.  No drama at all, just reliable, high quality service from a true professional who also happens to be reasonably priced.
