"This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes. His team is more than just painters - he has skilled craftsmen, workers with expertise in plumbing and electric, and everything else. There is no need to deal with anyone else. If you need something done in (or around) your house Diaz either can do it or has a guy. After contacting Diaz, he came right out for a free estimate. He listened carefully to what we wanted but also made a number of important suggestions to improve the results. Each day his team was hard at work - they were trustworthy and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly each day. Diaz goes the extra mile to make things convenient - including hauling away trash/junk, recommending a local showroom, and picking up materials that we had ordered for the job. As with any major project, there were a few bumps in the road. But Diaz worked through the curveballs with good communication. They finished on-time and on budget, and the results were perfect. "Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"Never finished the job. The handyman they sent was competent and hard-working, and the prices were reasonable, but working with the office staff to get him out to my home was difficult and unpleasant. My job was a 2-3 day job (partly because plaster needs time to cure, paint needs to dry, etc.), but they just wouldn't schedule him to finish it. The office staff were hostile and blamed me for their scheduling difficulties, as though I was the problem. They've cancelled their last two scheduled appointments at the last minute and are unable to give me any more dates."

"He will tell you that he is running a promotion of $250,00/hour to help homeowners. He tells you he will bring about 3-4 men and they will get a lot done in 1 hour. I trusted him and signed the contract because I had lots of things to be done. He came with 2 guys. Two guys worked on a 3x3 wall, in my closet, to fix the plaster that was peeling just on one corner. To fix the wall only, took these 2 guys 6 hours. Solomon took 4 hours to change a bathroom sink faucet, 2 more hours to replace 4 smoke detectors, and to try to fix a fireplace that did not work at the end. He was chatting on the phone all the time when fixing those things. To resume, they worked 6 hours and I paid $1660,00 to fix a small wall in my closet, change a sink faucet, and replace 4 smoke detectors. What a rip off! They come completely unprepared. They keep sending you to Home Depot or whatever store to buy things they need. They did not even have a roller and a brush to paint the wall. You will also pay"

"Mr. Chapman sent two of his contractors to help me to build two tacks and organize and store all of my personal items on the shelves in part of the basement and garage. The young men worked really hard for 7 hours non stop and they were perfect gentleman who followed instructions very well and they knew exactly what to do. If you need a handyman. I recommend them."
