I have never been so mortified about a yard cleaning service. They damaged the siding on my house, got water and dirt underneath the back door creating a muddy wet stain on the carpet, left weeds in the back yard they said they could clean out with a power wash. Created a dirty mess on my neighbor's house that my neighbor had to clean up and then they denied ANY responsibility and accused me of not wanting to pay them. Then lied to me saying they had checked my yard and found no damage. They NEVER came to my house to see what I am concerned about and refused to meet with me at a mutually agreeable time to see what I am concerned about. When I talked to the owner he constantly spoke over me and did not listen to my concern without voicing denial of any problems I advised him about. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

My job was multi-faceted and complex. Midway through, we encountered black mold build-up under the subfloor of a leaking toilet. The company took this matter very seriously and focused their activities towards a thorough and complete abatement of the mold. I was also truly impressed with the speed in which the work was conducted. Everyone in the company was courteous and professional. I will hire them again.

The company was very proactive and came out the same day to give me an estimate. At first I was curious about how they plan to provide me with an estimate without bringing a latter to get to the roof on the 3rd level. I was impressed when they brought out a remote drone to take pictures of the roof and to give me a quick estimate based on what they saw. They did a great job repairing the damage at the price we agreed to.

Total professionals for my large project! Consistently on time, professional - yet friendly. Hard working and honest. Mr. Duenas was personally involved with the entire project from start to finish. Between him and his son Austin they ensured open communications during the entire renovation. They listened to my input, and were effective in creating exactly the vision I desired. Mr. Duenas came to my residence to replace a bathroom door. He provided an estimate based and although the project took longer than what was forecasted he adhered to the original price. They were courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again.
