"I used Apex to fix a situation where water would leak into my basement through the electrical panel during a long, heavy downpour. It was a particularly unique and difficult problem to solve which involved excavating under part of a flagstone patio, determining the source(s) of the leak and sealing. Their final solution was very thorough and attacked the problem from multiple directions. I was impressed with their dedication to doing the job right. The clean-up was also thorough (the patio looked better after they left than before they started!) The crew was great! They worked hard and knew what they were doing. Since it was such a tricky problem, Lou, the manager, was on-site for most of the day. They also have an excellent electrician on the team which was a definite plus for this project. I used Apex a couple of years ago to renovate the basement and was very pleased with the result of that project as well. "The fixes holes in the 1st ceiling and painted and could see ever fix as bright white afterwards through the paint job!!! I had to raise **** for them to do a 2nd coat to try and hide them. For the crack, they had noticeable rough patches and there were spots not filled. When I asked for them to be fixed, they walked out of the job and didn’t come back and expected me to pay the entire balance instead of just partial!!! I would NEVER use them again and you should be wary if you do."

"Mr. Reinallt did an excellent job painting the dark paneling and caulking the cracks in the trim so they would not be visible. It took two coats and much attention to detail of the trim. He also moved the desk and most of the book cases by himself, into the center of the room and then back out. All I had to do was to take out the heavy books. He is polite, clean, professional, and on time. This is the second job he has done for me, and I am so happy I have a reliable painter. He said he could install some LED ceiling lights for me also so I am having him do a third job."
