"I bought a 199 dollar coupon from Angie’s list for 8 hours of painting work. Wilbur was quick and responsive, and came out to give me an estimate immediately. He assured me that painting over my current wallpaper in these rooms would be a lot of work and gave me an estimate of 850 plus purchase of paint. While it sounded a bit overpriced, I agreed. He put me on the books immediately, which I truly appreciated. I even changed my mind about what I wanted painted, and he was quite agreeable to it. The morning off, he was here with two women. They were professional and overall got the job done in a timely manner. However, it is the handling of payment that left me with a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I was struggling with two very small children, and about to leave for a birthday party when he insisted that I pay by check immediately. The job wasn’t finished. I asked if I could send a check by mail, all to no avail. Balancing a screaming baby, I grit my teeth and wrote the check. Frankly, I felt discriminated against. I highly suspect he wouldn’t ask this of anyone who was Caucasian and living in a gated community as I am. Most people would sympathize with a woman in that difficult situation. Also, a spot was missed. He came out to fix that within a couple of days, and apologized for the interaction. He stated many people haven’t paid him, that is why he insisted. And of course, talked over me as soon as my husband came in the room. That’s still no way to treat a young mom and professional who paid for what I suspect is an overpriced job. I’m sure he will deny all of this, but that doesn’t make it any less true. Don’t make assumptions about people when you don’t know them. While he and his crew did a great job, and he will insist he didn’t discriminate because he ‘hires black people’, I’m still very disappointed and cannot recommend him because of this. The truth hurts, sir please check your incorrect biases at the door. I doubt you would’ve done this to a man or a Caucasian, don’t do it to me, either. I have no intention of hurting you or your business, but I hope you keep this in mind during future interactions with other customers. For these reasons, I don’t think we’re a good fit in the future."

"Extremely well. Kikou, LLC is an amazing company; provides an amazing quality work product! Most of all, they are amazing to work with to ensure you are satisfied. They did three two feature walls, my master bath, and my powder room. I have booked to have them do additional projects. "Mr. Lazo arrived to give me an estimate on the date and time we agreed to. He walked through and observed the house and wrote an estimate on the spot that was for an amount that was exactly what I had estimated the work would cost.
On the morning they were to start work, a large crew arrived on time and began removing the wallpaper. They removed the wallpaper from the entire house in one day! It would have taken us weeks if not months, to complete the job ourselves.
The crew then began the painting process. They put two base coats followed by two coats of paint on all the walls. I could not find any mistakes when they were finished. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I can not say how pleased I am with the professional job they did. I am thoroughly satisfied. Mr. Lazo called me regularly to discuss things I would definitely use this company again.

The team showed up on time and quickly worked through the project. They moved furniture and ensured the floors and furnishings were covered and well protected. Once walls were stripped and repaired, they used quality Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints. The house was kept clean and tidy. After the job was completed the owner of FDC followed up to make sure we were happy with his work and to ensure there was nothing else required from him or his team. Results of the job were very good. We would recommend FDC and use them again."

He draw wonderful tile design for the shower and gave us great ideas .We talked the countertops and tile work to be done. Zack was our project manager.He answered txt and email at any time even after I paid in full what was due.Each day they did their work and cleaned are before leaving.He even accompanied me to pick out materials.
