The fixes holes in the 1st ceiling and painted and could see ever fix as bright white afterwards through the paint job!!! I had to raise **** for them to do a 2nd coat to try and hide them. For the crack, they had noticeable rough patches and there were spots not filled. When I asked for them to be fixed, they walked out of the job and didn’t come back and expected me to pay the entire balance instead of just partial!!! I would NEVER use them again and you should be wary if you do.

It didn't go well, they came out and took sample of paint on the wall. They had to paint the same color, they painted the house but they didn't paint 2 coats. There's a hole on the wall, they patch it but it didn't blended out. They were paints splashed on the basements and sheet rocks, there was space in the kitchen that they didn't paint. They supposed to painted my bath but they didn't work according to the schedule. They claimed that they supposed to power wash the back of the house, I didn't believe that was not done, it was a lousy job all over.

Brilliant! The job was done expertly and quickly, the crew was very friendly, and we are very satisfied with everything. Much cheaper than replacing the siding and the result is just as good.

They did an excellent job. They provided me with a supply list for the wood that needed to be replaced per my request. All wood was replaced in a timely manner. Day 1 - wood replaced, re-caulking, brick molding replaced and house and shed was power washed, Day 2 painting caulking, Day 3 painting and caulking of the house continued, hand rail was painted and the shed was stained. The team was very professional; they cleaned up and did an excellent job in my opinion.

Ubaldo & his crew did an excellent job. My old paint job was 11 years old, had bad water stains from some water damage, loose boards, and old caulk. These guys went above and beyond to please. They removed old caulk, scraped old chipped paint, re-caulked and painted. Ubaldo even got the screen on patio door working properly again. When I found something that wasn't to my satisfaction, they corrected it.

On time; drop cloth coverage could have been better, some paint drips or splatter from brush on cabinetry, counter-tops and flooring (we removed ourselves); missed some areas while painting and we're done with the job and ready to leave when I reminded them they hadn't painted the kitchen. All-in-all though, they did do a good job (especially the lead guy) on the carpentry work and supervising his crew). We would choose CertaPro Painters of MD, Inc., again.

They did a good job. We have used them in the past at other houses and stuff. We had one scheduling mishap, but the work was fine. We couldn't find out for days what was going on there. We actually got other estimates because we couldn't get a hold of them. We are pleased with them. We would use them again. Aside from that one scheduling mishap, everything else was fine. The price was better than some estimates. The work they did was good. They cleaned up. They were here on time and all that stuff that you want the contractors to do.

The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date. Upon arrival, a walk-through was performed where the process was explained to me. The job took two full days. Upon arriving home from work on the second day, I found my house to be in absolutely terrible shape. Each room that was painted was left a mess. Furniture was not put back, and none of the kitchen furniture was covered, leaving paint dust on everything. The crew got paint on the floor, the carpet, the oven, kitchen counters, etc. Damage was done to my dryer vent. Trash was left behind by the crew, including tape, caulking, and water bottles (that I graciously provided them upon their arrival.) It took me two full days to clean up after the crew. I was finally able to schedule a second walk through with the owner, who essentially told me that painting a house is a big job and perhaps my expectations were unrealistic as far as the way my house was left, and that maybe I should have taken more care to give the painters access to areas they needed. She offered to have the crew chief return to correct the mistakes, and offered minimal compensation for the time and effort I spent cleaning up after the crew. Part of the reason I went with this company was because they move furniture and materials, and then put them back, which I could not do myself. I was incredibly disappointed by the professionalism of the crew, as well as the response to my concerns. I would go a different route for your interior painting needs.

The service was excellent. Three guys showed up on time and finished painting three rooms, a stairway and hallway and all of the doors and trim in a single day. They patched all holes and left no mess behind. I saw a small area that was missed around some sliding doors and they were happy to fix it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Outstanding. The house looks great and the crew was very skilled and professional with a great deal of attention paid to details. Quite happy and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended They had to order some cedar lumber for repairs and handled that, plus replacing the top of a deck railing, with aplomb and expertise

The work went great. They were very professional, did a great job. I would recommend their work. The cost was built into a construction job, so not sure of the exact cost.

Our home hadn't been painted since we moved in in 2003 and it was looking pretty dingy and marked up. We had used CertaPro for some exterior work previously (washing/staining a deck and power washing siding) so we gave them a call for this job, We have a modest split level and needed everything painted with the exception of two small rooms.
David Augustine came out to provide us with an estimate with no razzle dazzle or high pressure and made some color suggestions for a few of the rooms. We were able to schedule the job easily.
The painters showed up bright and early on the first day and after showing them places that needed special attention, they got to work. The Missus had a little bit of a meltdown the first day because the color in the master bath looked a little bright but after seeing the "flat" vs the "semi-gloss" in the bath, she thought it looked OK. The workers and the people at the office were super-nice and patient during the little meltdown and then proceeded with the rest of the job, They were very quick and moved a lot of furniture to paint and put everything back in place when they were done.
The job was estimated to take Monday to Friday but they were down by Wednesday afternoon and included installing a towel bar and tissue holder so they were secure on the wall, painting some acoustical tile that had become stained, repaired a hole in the dry wall and matched the "texture" in a textured ceiling.  They also shaved some doors that had a hard time opening and closing due to newer carpet and padding.  So, it wasn't just painting.
For the rooms where we wanted them to match the existing paint, they were able to match perfectly.
Bottom line: we couldn't be happier. It was a great job and the house looks brand new, clean and fresh.
