"I had been trying to get my chain linked fence replaced since June and I have never seen company's act like they didn't want to take my money (Lowes, Long Fence). I was either never contacted back or was given a 8 week time frame just for materials. I contacted Matt of Minor Adjustments on Monday evening and he came out to give me an estimate within a couple hours. He was very professional and concise with what needed to be done and how long it would take. Needless to say in less than a week his guys were onsite tearing down my old fence and installing the new one. They were also professional and focused on completing the project and doing it correctly. I would definitely use this company again."

Lori was detail oriented and I appreciated her double and triple measuring to make sure my custom builds would fit like a glove. Her customer service went above and beyond. Not only did she prepare accurate drawings on the spot, but she faithfully followed up with me and made revisions to each design as I continued to voice my needs. She has a great eye for three dimensional space. Her expertise was invaluable in pointing out details to consider for every stage- from planning, to installation, to daily use."

"He did an AMAZING job for about 1/3 of what I expected and that's without the heck duty pet resistant screens he installed. Oh, came and took screens, worked on them at his place then returned and installed them 1 week later. Tried to post experience on my condo's message board website but post was never approved. I assume because they recommend a different provider that as stated is way more expensive. I will pass Dex's info on directly to neighbors who I have told directly about this experience. Oh, BTW, really nice guy, great with comma and on time! Lesson learned: Stratford Condominium in Reston's new Management Company is probably getting kickbacks and sucks! "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
