"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. "In October 2014 Mr. Lazo came to look at the task at hand. I showed him what I wanted done and he pointed out a couple of wood rot problems that I had not noticed. Once we finished the walk around, he prepared a detailed proposal - before leaving. I had also talked with another contractor about the same work. They took several days to prepare a proposal, and when I e-mailed with a specific question the reply I got (from the other company, not George's painting) was not satisfactory. George mobilized his crew, and they were on the site at 7AM. Because there was rain in the forecast, he brought in a larger crew than original discussed, and was able to finish the job quicker than originally scheduled. The work was great, they carefully cleaned up and left the house and yard in excellent shape. I had specifically asked that they not touch one side of the garage because of some carpentry work that needed to be done - I was planning to do it. I was so pleased with the work that they did on the house and the rest of the garage that I asked George to give me a quote for doing the carpentry work on the garage. I liked the price and I decided to have him do it. The carpenter came out today Nov 12th - 7AM again, and took care of the carpentry work and painted it. I am pleased with the work that George's Painting has done, and would expect to contact Mr. Lazo again in the future if I need interior painting or other painting or carpentry work.
