They did an AMAZING job... Not only was the price good but they were able to start almost immediately after I approved the estimate. These guys arrived on time and went straight to work, always polite and professional. The project was done exactly on time and I could not be happier with the results. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Maryland Custom Construction has completed our unfinished basement for us. My husband handled most of the details and I was just worried about the price. MD Custom Construction listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions on where we could potentially save money if we wanted, and advised us against certain things (like a specific floor we wanted) and told us why they recommended something different. It didn't feel like they were in a hurry to give us an estimate and get us to purchase. The owner, Kenny, took the measurements and really sat down with us to be sure we were comfortable with the price and the details. It was nice to not feel forced into something we couldn't afford or didn't want.

Can’t say enough good stuff. Very responsive and ridiculously punctual. I was at the end of my bathroom Reno. I had tiles in hand but ran out of time so I had to contract the tile install out. Interviewed a good number of contractors, but felt the most comfortable with MD custom construction. I have an old house, so not one surface is leave/plumb/straight. I needed someone who was knowledgeable enough to lay the tiles out to make the room look the best it could given it’s problems. Also, they were familiar with the Schluter products I had already put down. Other contractors weren’t. Price was very competitive amongst the other quotes I got, yet I was the most comfortable with them. The tile job came out wonderful. Even mitered my tile corners upon my request. I can not recommend them enough! Also I had a slew of questions and concerns during the install, they took the time to address my concerns and work with me to end up with exactly what I wanted. That’s hard to find in a contractor. They laid and grouted over 2700 tiles including the walls in 8 days. To me that’s ridiculously fast!

I am more than pleased with their work and months later the work is still holding up. Even the work that was completed years ago is still going strong. I will continue to use MD Custom Construction for all my home improvement needs.

He showed up on the doorstep the FIRST night we bought our home and completely renovated the kitchen and living room within the weekend. He provided amazing and professional customer service and did a pristine job with dry wall, mudding, and painting. He recommended paint choices that have stood up against the usual kitchen messes and everday wear and tear in a home. His team is one you want to have working on your home!
