Beware: company recently sold beginning of 2024 to new owners. Not same reputable company it used to be! This has been an absolute nightmare experience. This company has no idea what they are doing and poor customer service / management. We are building a 4 season room and ordered 19 windows totaling about $19,000. Contract signed December 8, 2023. Windows measured January 8, 2024 and told about 7-9 weeks until job completion. Windows had to be remeasured February 28th as no one noticed the measurements were not correct / order sitting on a desk. On installation day, 2 windows were incorrect. Was told replacement windows was supposed to be rushed ordered 2 weeks and promised “top priority” by manager Alen D to get them installed (April 9th) – only to have it delayed another 6 weeks (May 21+22) installed. Windows took 19 weeks from the day they were supposed to have been “ordered”. Communication with office staff and “managers” extremely poor and we were ghosted multiple times.

Patrick the sales person was friendly and professional and we felt at ease with him right away. We shared we were looking for Windows mid to premium. He shared both options and didn’t pressure us into any purchase. We need a large bay window (one large and two smaller windows), sliding door, and 15 windows replaced. We went with the premium windows with a u factor of .22 We ordered the windows and they took just about 4 months due to delays in manufacturing and Covid 19. Our understanding was all the window replacement companies were dealing with this issue. The team came out today to install and they arrived early and hit the ground running. You could see they worked hard all day. They were able to work around us a bit as we have pets in the home. They were definitely flexible. We are very happy with the windows and everything was great. Just one tiny issue is there was a wrong measurement on a sub basement window. It will probably take 3 or 4 months again. I’m not bothered by it because the sub basement is not really used. I’m glad I went with weather master. I would definitely use them again!

I was not present, due to temporary relocation for work during coronavirus pandemic. Two friends monitored work. They reported it went well. My problem is not with the work itself. My problem is with the matter-of-fact customer service involving woman who keeps the schedule and follows up on installation and takes payment. She may not be aware, but her attitude with me had generally been surly. She is very good at telling a customer that something's 'in the contract'. Long on that, but short on treating someone like a human being who may be one of millions directly affected by the horrors of this pandemic. I am one of them. And because I had already put down several hundred dollars for the work, but had to delay the work until I felt it would be safer during the pandemic, I agreed to have them install at the rescheduled date recently. Right around the time my mother had passed away. When she called to find out if the rescheduled appointment for installation was still active, I told her yes. But, I also let her know I had to check to see if my friends could be there since I was not due to being out of state. I later found out the contractor who installed window took down my blinds, and did not reinstall them, leaving my windows in my home (with no one present in house) exposed for all to see. It was apparently in my contract. The woman who handles logistics made sure to note 'well that's in your contract'. There was zero display of decency to just let me know... hey fyi you gotta have someone remove the blinds and they'll have to put them back up. No. They wanted to get the job done. So, they took down the blinds. They were willing to do that, so they could put the windows up and I would pay them. Which am ready to do once I speak to a manager who will likely state plainly 'well it's in your contract'. But, seriously, at a time when businesses are suffering and so are customers like me who really don't have a whole lot of money to spare right now, but was still willing to move forward with the work, some common decency is in order. Decency is free and should be easy to show customers who could've gone to ANYONE ELSE FOR THE WINDOWS' INSTALLATION... but went with you because of a humble salesman who acted like he was your friend and would help you out. Behind the scenes, it's a whole other story. I'm not naive about business. But, as someone who has been on the other side of it, I have total respect for being decent, kind, flexible with clients. They are people... not numbers on a sheet... and business owners large and small would do well to remember that during these terrible times for millions of people.

I strongly recommend Weather Master Windows to everyone. My experience starting with my salesman, Patrick and ending with my two installers was professional and informative. I don't normally write reviews, but when the product and service is exceptional, I feel I should spread the news. From the first call I made to schedule an estimate - to the window installation, I couldn't be more pleased. The salesman, Joe was fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly, but never pushy. He was in contact with me during the entire process. The installation crew headed by Seth were just as amazing. Seth texted me the entire time to keep me posted on ETAs, whether it was the measuring appointment to the installation. Absolutely love my new windows (24 of the them). The only way I could have been more happy was if the windows were free. These windows are wonderful and the capping around the windows (over old wood trim) will last for years. Every once in a while a person feels like they got their monies worth, this is definitely one of those times! A huge thank you to everyone at WeatherMaster Windows!

It went GREAT !!! From the time that Tom came in to talk to me and give me the estimate to the two gentleman that showed up to install my windows. They were all very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to everyone. My Windows are beautiful and they work great. The guys that did the install made sure my place was all cleaned up. I live in a condo and they even vacuumed in the hall.

Herb was great! From his no frills sales approach, to excellent follow up- Herb is the man to see about new windows. The installers were great. Worked quickly and professionally. Also, the salesman Patrick was knowledgeable and responded very quickly to any of my questions/requests. And the windows are great! It took a few tries to get them installed (due to Mother Nature - not the company!) but it was worth the wait.

The two-person crew was in and out in less than three hours, including time to show me how windows operated and going over the warranty information. The windows were easily installed — I imagine because they were premeasured weeks before the windows were built. Every aspect of working with the WeatherMaster team was a joy. Never once did I feel pressured to order something I didn’t want or more windows than I needed. They were very professional from start to finish.
