"They found two 6 foot by 3 foot sink holes when they were preparing the land for the patio pavers.  For an additional $200 they brought in stones and filled both holes.  The patio is 15' x 20' in shades of grey stone and is exactly what I wanted.  Afterward they even put down grass seed and hay where their equipment had made a path into the yard.  I would never have expected that and was very thankful they thought to do so.  I would highly recommend them.

"Called for an estimate and the company came out and provided a free estimate for the spot I was looking to install a patio. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. "Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed.
