"Earl arrived on time and installed a customer-supplied disposal carefully, professionally, and in timely fashion. With the $15 Angie's List coupon, the entire job was $145, a very fair and reasonable price. Will definitely be using him again to replace a whole-house water filter, and will recommend him highly."

"Work: The owner is very professional and informative. Quality is good. No complains there.
Price: The owner is a talker!!! he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more. I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work! He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off! BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!! My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.

"We came home from shopping and discovered our water heater was leaking. I called James because we were happy with the work he had done earlier this year. I called him late afternoon and we discussed replacing the tank, which was about 12 years old. He asked about the type heater we had now and because I was unsure he asked if I could take a photo and text it to him. I did so and he quoted me a price and arrived early the next morning. I was really impressed that instead of bringing the heater and equipment through the house, he and his assistant brought it down our very steep hill and brought it in, where it was to be installed. They arrived on time, installed it and cleaned up and left everything in great condition. Happy with the job."

"There was something that was in the drain so that when water was going in one direction it would be fine but if there there was something down the disposal it would flip it and the it would have a clog and they cleared that. They were straight forward, they got the job done proficiently and professionally."

"Dan Millard impressed us right away with his professionalism and responsiveness. It was an easy decision to hire him and American Kitchen Concepts to remodel the kitchen and baths in our townhome. We were not disappointed. He understood our needs and the scope of our project exactly and didn't try to oversell or steer us toward work that we didn't want or need. He was fantastic in helping us come up with design concepts and pattern and color schemes. Materials and appliances arrived on time and ready for installation. Dan's crew managed by Cameron was punctual, courteous, and extremely focused on their work. They did a professional job and answered all of our questions and needs. We had an excellent experience from start to end with Dan and his people. We recommend this company and we will hire American Kitchen Concepts again for work on our next home."

"We we were completely satisfied with our experience at Advanced Granite — from the time we walked through the door and met Shelby until our installation was complete. We purchased a remnant piece of granite for a new vanity we had installed in our guest bathroom - a small project to say the least. "We needed to replace a toilet, James went with us to Home Depot to select one. We now have a water efficient and higher seated toilet, which is great for aging relatives that can’t bend so easily anymore. I would definitely hire/contract him again!"

"I paid for two guys to move a washer and dryer up to the third floor from the first floor, and to remove a washer and dryer from the second floor to the curb. They brought 3 guys, did all the work in great time, and did a great job. I'd absolutely use them again.
