"This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was clean, really respectful of our house, explained everything he was doing and why (I ask a lot of questions), and on and on. Ensor explained all of their charges ahead of time, including the emergency/late night fee. So no surprises at all from that perspective. A definite go-to when we need service again."
