"Existing plants (azaleas and iris) were moved and replaced without a problem. Carefully worked around old wisteria vine without issues. Wall was installed exactly as expected. Encountered unexpected problems with plugged existing drainage pipes which needed to be replaced. This was done at a minimum of extra cost and the replaced drainage system was better than the one originally in place. This understandably delayed completion of project by about a week which was otherwise on time and within budget. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. I definitely would use them again."

"I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."

"I used Duke's Electrical Services in February 2018 for a variety of problems in preparation for my son's upcoming home inspection. I needed multiple things fixed like: installing several switches, diagnosing 4-way incorrect wiring, running wiring for connection to a few plugs that weren't completed, and removing some unnecessary conduit and lighting outside. Mark Mildenberger, the owner, breezed through each task with (not kidding) lightning speed. You could tell he wasn't trying to drag out the process, and went from one item to the next with no delays. I was extremely impressed with how quick and accurate he was in his work. To top it off, my bill was slightly over $200, which made me very happy!! This was a very difficult time for me, as my son had passed away. After Mark completed the work, it took away - at least - those particular problems. You won't go wrong with this company!!!"

"So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. "THE TWO MAN TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME 8/2/17 THE DAY OF THE JOB AND FOUND OUT MISS UTILITY HAD NOT MARKED THE GROUND. THEY REMOVED THE TREES DOWN TO THE STUMPS. IT WAS ABOUT A 2 1/2 HOUR JOB. MS. U MARKED THE GROUND 2 DAYS LATER (FRIDAY). ON SUNDAY ONE GUY (NELSON) CAME AND FINISHED THE JOB. I DIDN'T GET A CALL THAT THEY WERE COMING AND LUCKILY I WAS HOME. HE TOLD ME ONE TREE WAS PLANTED OVER A GAS LINE SO HE COULD ONLY GRIND THE STUMP 2 INCHS BELOW GROUND. I WAS OKAY WITH THAT AS LONG AS IT DIDN'T SHOW. HE GAVE ME POINTERS ON ENSURING THE TREES SURVIVED, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE WORST SOIL (MY WORDS). RIGHT NOW MY LAWN IS NOT LOOKING THE BEST, WITH THE STRAW AND SMASHED GRASS. BUT IT'S TEMPORARY. NELSON WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP THE YARD AND IT ONLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 2 HOURS. BALLARD ENTERPRISES WILL BE MYGO TO FOR ANY TREE SERVICE."
