Brice took out an old, thin, dated window and installed an energy efficient egress window that matched the style of the newer windows in the rest of the house. Brice was able to create a full functional closet by borrowing a little space from the relocated utility room on the other side of this room’s walls. I wanted a ceiling fan in the room but didn’t think we had the height for it. He was able to frame around the ductwork and other obstacles so I could have a flush mounted ceiling fan! Drywall, floor, paint, and electrical were well done and Brice made solid product suggestions along the way. Very Happy!"
