The masons came and were equally nice and did beautiful work pointing our chimney and grinding and remortaring the bluestone patio. "The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

The estimate was very clear about the scope of work, the crew was professional, on time and carefully about reducing disruption/mess and our basement is dry, as promised. They even went above and beyond and fixed a downspout outside so water would flow away from the house. "The crawlspace in our recently purchased house was a mess—full of water, mold, and deteriorated insulation. NV gave us a competitive price, on par with the other bids we got, and their bid seemed more comprehensive than some of the others. Jaime did an excellent job explaining everything to me and talking me through any questions we had. Once the work began, Manny and the rest of the guys did a great job—they were on site promptly each day and were clearly working hard over the three days of the project. "Dan understood our problem did not need trenches and pumps inside our home. Our hill-side home didn't need a sump-pump internal system - drains run to daylight. His gang hand-dug an external trench, laid in perforated drain pipe and silt barriers and drainage gravel. They repaired cracks in the foundation, dried it, applied a drying rubbery material, then installed a dimpled drainage barrier cloth. They graded the earth around the house to aid rainwater runoff. Even re-planted my hasta garden. 2 days, start to finish. We are confident this will succeed."
