"After interviewing several companies to have our kitchen remodelled, we selected VKB, and we are happy we did. VKB provided a lower estimate than other companies, and their reviews were good. As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

The masons came and were equally nice and did beautiful work pointing our chimney and grinding and remortaring the bluestone patio. The estimate was very clear about the scope of work, the crew was professional, on time and carefully about reducing disruption/mess and our basement is dry, as promised. They even went above and beyond and fixed a downspout outside so water would flow away from the house. Once the job was finished, the company rep came out to walk through with us and answer any questions. I have no doubt that if a problem did arise, they'd fix it."

"Dan understood our problem did not need trenches and pumps inside our home. Our hill-side home didn't need a sump-pump internal system - drains run to daylight. His gang hand-dug an external trench, laid in perforated drain pipe and silt barriers and drainage gravel. They repaired cracks in the foundation, dried it, applied a drying rubbery material, then installed a dimpled drainage barrier cloth. They graded the earth around the house to aid rainwater runoff. Even re-planted my hasta garden. 2 days, start to finish. We are confident this will succeed."
