It was great from the beginning ! Out of at least 6 attempts I made to get estimates, they were the only ones that responded within 24 hrs (3 did not respond at all). They came out within a day or two, and spent a long time explaining the procedures and my options, and then gave a written estimate within 24 hrs. While the work was being done, I was consulted every step of the way, and was very pleased with the outcome.

Stabil Solutions did an excellent job. Other companies estimated higher amount of material needed with no adjustment if less material were used. Stabilities Solutions offered a reasonable rate if more material was needed. Very pleased with both the end result and the final price.

Better than expected. Even adjusted an attached recently poured sidewalk that I thought would have to be demolished after correcting the driveway.

It went great, the crew were very professional and dedicated to the job and to the customer. They took the time to explain everything they were doing which I found interesting. I would hire this company again.

My sidewalk had one section that settled, and created a tripping hazard. Rather than destroy the pad, and pour a new section of concrete. I hired Stabil Solutions to use polyurethane foam technology to raise the pad. It was a perfect job, nice even walk way. The foam works fast, and fills any voids that may be under the pad. If you have a driveway section, or walk way that is not level, this is a great way to save money and time without creating a huge construction project...no messy bags of concrete. We had a great experience with Stabil Solutions. Our front sidewalk was sinking about 2 inches and they were able to raise it up to be level with the rest of the walkway. They were very pleasant and professional to work with. Their quote was reasonable and we are very pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend!

First lets talk about Stabil's business practices. I got 2 quotes to do the job. The first company gave me a quote that was 60% more than Stabil. Now price isn't the only thing that factors in here, it was that Stabil gave me an estimate based off what they thought the amount of polyurethane it would take and told me if it took more the cost per lb. The other company gave me a price I have to believe was for worst case scenario which if it didn't take all the polyurethane they believed it was never mentioned I get a refund. So, because of their honesty and sound business practice I went with Stabil. Now lets move onto the repair. Kevin and TJ showed up on time and started with he pool. Kevin talked to me during the event about the dangers of lifting concrete that include the possibility the pool concrete may not move because of the pedestal under the diving board and the possibility of cracking. He took his time and as the deck started to rise he made sure to bring it up evenly to prevent cracks. the pool was a success. Next was the porch. The porch was cracked in the middle all the way to the sides, where I had 6 separate pieces. Kevin and Tj brought up each section one piece by piece until all 6 sections were some what level. They got it so level it only took 4 bags of concrete leveler to finish the job and you would never know the cracks where there.

We had serious pool deck sinking and Stabil Solutions did a great job lifting for us!! Their price was very fair as well. The guys showed up exactly when they were supposed to and took their time working on perfecting our deck.

My driveway was installed more than 35 years ago and was raised above the natural land contour in one area. Over the years the raised area had settled to the point that I was concerned that it would break and fall. Stable solutions used their process to raise and stabilize the area such that I no longer have to worry about an event that likely would be very costly. Kevin and Ralph were friendly, communicative, accomplished the work in a professional manner and the cost was less than I thought it would be. If you have a similar problem I would definitely recommend Stabil Solutions for the repair.

Stabil Solutions in a little better than an hour, maybe 2, drilled a handful of small holes and meticulously injected some type of poly-foam (not traditional mud-jacking cement) and carefully raised my walk back to where it was 33 years ago when the house was built in 1984. They made little to no impact on our lawn and flowers - and cleaned up so everything essentially looked like they had never been there. It was just fixed. Thanks, Mike.
