Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. I have experience with these types of services. Veteran Tree Services (Freddie, the owner) is the absolute best tree company I have ever hired. For a large tree, I have always gotten three quotes. Freddie's quote was competitive and he was timely with his initial response, follow-up and scheduling. His crew was great: they all kept busy during the process, and the clean up afterward was thorough. There was a technical aspect to my job. In removing large trees, it is common to use a rope in a nearby large tree as a "helper" to guide the branches and trunk down safely. This was my last large tree, so no "helper" tree was near. The other quotes I got didn't convince me this would be easy or possible without a crane. The Veteran Tree Services crew had the technical skills and experience and did a great job. Thanks!!!"
