My gutters were spilling over and the water was damaging the house. Sonrise came out and cleaned all of the gutters. Parts are quite high and hard to reach, but they did a good job and were very pleasant about it. Another time I would ask them to brush away the gunk they took out of the gutters. I am sure they would be glad to and just forgot.

They were great. They were reasonably priced and came when they were supposed to. They were in and out so quickly. They were good about following up and I plan on having them come out to do my gutters.

"We do not have it in our records that we have done any work for you and will be glad to provide a printout of work done to Angie's List that we have not done work for you. Angie's List, please contact me so you can do a screen live screen search of our work database to verify this. This man does not show up in our database, nor in our accounting software. I can't find that we have run an estimate for him either."

These issues may sound minor, but it makes me question if the same level of attention-to-detail (or, rather, the lack of) occurred during the actual cleaning my gutters.
* My deck and retaining wall were strewn with bits of gutter debris after they left. A broom or leaf blower and 5-10 minutes of quick clean-up (which is what I ended up doing) would have greatly improved my opinion of their work.
- * They moved my deck furniture in order to have sufficient space to move their ladder around -- which is fine, no problem with that at all -- but they didn't move the furniture back. They just left it where it was.

Average at best carpet cleaning.The owner made claims about cleaning abilitties that were not true when giving an estimate. I found out from the guys that came to do the actual cleaning that his promises were not fullfillable. He also took a large area rug back to the office to have it cleaned and said it would be finished in a week. I had to call several times after it was there over a month to have it returned.

"Unfortunately, I am just now learning about Angie's List in January 2014. I looked back in my records to find this job and found that we did some cleaning for Mrs.[member name removed] October of 2010 and January 2011, not 2012 as she listed. The man who cleaned her carpet in Oct. 2010 quit a month after her cleaning. His assistant took over as crew lead, and re-cleaned the carpet Jan 31, 2011. We became suspicious that he was not following our procedures for cleaning, set him up, and found out that he was not, and fired him. I would like to offer a free re-clean of the carpet to Mrs. [member name removed] if she would accept and will call her to see if she is interested. I do have a record of cleaning the rug, but not as to how long we had the rug."

They are absolutely excellent. They have been cleaning my windows for the past 7-8 years and I have been completely satisfied. I have also had them install gutter guards on my home previously.

They were very good but very expensive. They did such a good and excellent job that the windows sparkled like crystal clear. There was not a smudge on them. The only fault with them was that they cleaned the glass but the window ledge below it was filthy and I had to clean them on my own. I was very happy with the results but the cost took my breath away. I would use them again in the future.

They are a good family owned company. They are excellent. They are reasonable, if it rains within 24 hours after the cleaning they will come and re do it for you. They are a very reliable company.

I have them on a schedule and I think they come three times a year. They do routine indoor and then they also indoor outdoor. I have a lot of windows. Last time was not their best effort unfortunately they did pretty good over the years and they will come back out if there is something that I didn't like about the effort. This last time they did leave some things and I was a little disappointed. I probably would try someone else from Angie's List next time. They are very punctual.

I selected this business based on Angie's List recommendations. I was not disappointed. The owner came out and made the estimate himself and came back afterward to make sure the job was done right. He is highly trustworthy and reliable. He stands behind his product. I always use small businessmen whenever possible because you have an individual to talk to, not a company. I have had good luck with small businesses. I highly recommend Sonrise Services.

The team was professional, and efficient. They performed above and beyond expectations. Very happy that I was not billed for unnecessary gutter cleaning. Rather than waste hours cleaning my exterior windows, they were done in under an hour.

I was so shocked, I called them to make an appointment and they had cleaned my windows several years ago. They came right over and cleaned my windows and screens. It only took 30-45 minutes. I could not believed how much better the windows looked. They were very courteous, the gentleman even took his shoes off when he came in the house. I asked him how much I owed him, he said they would bill me since I was an old customer. I was very pleased with their work.
