I have had Tom and his people do work for many years. They are very competent and friendly. Maybe not the cheapest for everything but I have never had to have them come back. I can’t say anything but outstanding!

It was quick they came when they were suppose to come I thought the charge was good.

As the new owners of the house, and with the weather turning bitterly cold, I was concerned about what to do if a pipe burst.  I expected the shut-off valve to be outside.  On a 26-degree afternoon, they arrived promptly and very courteous.
Tom crawled under the house to determine were the main water line entered the house.  After determining the location under the house, we emptied the pantry to get at the enclosed area behind.  Once in the enclosed area, he promptly identified the appropriate cut-off valves.  Service complete, and one happy customer....

They were very professional and did a good job. No issue. I would use them again.

They were fast and reasonable. They were excellent.

Called at 6:30 PM, He provided quick troubleshooting tips over the phone, but no help.  He was here by 7 PM. Checked system and isolated to the thermostat. Repaired and out by 8 PM.  Quick and courteous service.

We notified the plumber of the leak at about 9:30 AM and they were on sight by 10 AM.  They fixed the problem within an hour!

This was not an emergency, however Affordable Plumbing showed up less than 24 hours after I called.  They quickly identified the source of the leaks.  In repairing the leak it was necessary to remove some tiles from the tub wall and to remove drywall from the tub area.  The plumber was very careful to minimize the "damage" to surrounding areas and was able to recommend skilled workers to replace the tile, drywall, and repair the ceiling below the bathroom that had to be replaced.
In making the repairs, he had to remove some "blown in" insulation from a wall and could have done a better job cleaning up, but it was a very minor problem and he worked very hard in uncomfortable positions to make the repairs that were very successful.  I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and will be my first call if I need more service.

When I discovered that the pipes were leaking on a Friday afternoon, I called several plumbers. Tom at Affordable Plumbing & Heating was the only one who took time to discuss the situation at length. He explained what I needed to do to insure that more water would not be leaking into the surrounding cabinets. He also determined that the issue did not demand an immediate fix, thus saving money for after hours or weekend costs. When I contacted him to set an appointment for the repair, he responded promptly. I was pleased with his work and his explanation about how to prevent future leaks due to severe weather.

I use him often for plumbing work. I spent $35 for his last service. He is indeed the most affordable plumber in he area, totally honest, always does a good job for a very reasonable price, and if he can't do the work he immediately lets his client know and gives them advice on how to proceed to fix the issue. He doesn't really do larger contracting jobs. I recommend hi mall the time.

Very well this is going to be my  plumber. The was  cost good for a weekned.

$200 to make my issue worse and a bill that will be triple it's normal amount does not equate to Affordable Plumbing. I was clear that I wanted the toilet fixed so that the handle would stop sticking and my toilet wouldn't run. To brush me off after I brought this to his attention and tell me to go to a hardware store and try to fix it myself is horrible customer service.

He came on time and said it would take him 15 minutes to replace the valve, which it did.  I thought $250 was a bit high for a valve and 15 minutes labor but, I had no choice.

Tom was able to come rather quickly when a pipe in my house burst apart and I had to shut the water main off to get the water to stop.  He made the repair quickly and thoroughly and wrote the description of what was wrong for my insurance company.  The price for the emergency call and repairs was significantly less than what I expected.

EXCELLENT . IF YOU NEED A GOOD AND HONEST PLUMBER THIS IS THE ONE TO CALL..

Tom was very responsive, including communicating on his own over a holiday weekend when he was concerned about a given connection's viability.  He gave a good idea of possible charges if he found that certain valves needed to be replaced, or if they just needed o-rings and tightening.  Job was done in a day, and I've found him to be direct, honest, and quite responsive and capable.  We'll certainly call him again in the future.

He charged me a very minimal amount.  He was not able to do the work that was involved with the boiler but he just did an inspection to see what needed to be done.  My experience with him was excellent.

Tom came out and I showed him the wood from the crawl space. He got right in and asked me to flush the toilet twice. I did so and he gave the pipes an inspection. Once I told him about my toilet changing he asked me about the wax ring, which I told him was gone. He was able to figure out that my old toilets were leaking due to no wax ring and then showed me that there was some mold and rot present. He told me his recommendations and let me know that my plumbing was fine. Tom was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I didn't use much of their services, but the call went excellent and I'll be calling them to come out next time. Based on my small interaction I highly recommend this company. 

Had a clog between the house and the street (I know now, didn't when I called). Called, and 20 mins later they were here. Snaked out the line, told me I had roots in the lines, said I could probably get away with root killer and occasional snaking for a while, but as the tree grew may need to dig up the lines. Only gripe is it was a bit more than I expected, but for emergency service (toilet backing up into house because of the clog) I'm all ok with that.
