"The Estimator was very nice and responded quickly to setup the visit and schedule the work for an old DC home with galvanized piping. The 2 installers (one very nice - Chris) did good work and cleaned up well, but didn't communicate the issues that popped up! This was irritating. They left although there were leaks and sewage coming through the kitchen sink when you turned on the bathroom sink etc. The installers claimed someone was scheduled to come the next morning, but that wasn't true because of the communication issues. Also, they promised a plumber would show up on the same day as the stoppage, but they never showed up or called. They apologized the next day, but my elderly mom still couldn't use her bathroom on the 2nd floor and had to go down to the basement to use the restroom for 5 days. They even mentioned that I had to pay for snaking the pipes although we had no blockage until the installers finished their work. The Estimator got an installer/repair tech Chris Hardesty (2nd Chris in the company) to snake and remove the stoppage (for free how nice) and fix all of the remaining issues. He is a great tech!!! He is the reason I gave an overall rating of a B. He was an "A" but the other service averaged to a "B". Thanks Chris!!! If you don't have an older home, then you should be fine, but if you do good luck with finding out promptly."

"Wonderful. There are few things worse than going down to your basement and finding muddy water pooled on the floor. We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed. I would not have asked for better service."

They transferred recoverable oil from our old tank into the new one, and filled the old tank with concrete to the inspector's specifications and satisfaction, then connected the new tank to our furnace. "Jesse and his team at Tillerman built a beautiful wood retaining wall along the back of my property, a fence around two-thirds of the yard, and two gates. Jesse was very responsive, punctual, and professional. The workmanship is great - prior to getting the wall, we were losing a quarter inch of yard every time it rained, but the retaining wall has stopped the erosion. The fence was raised a few weeks after the wall was installed, and the team completed the work in a day. After the fence was raised, we ran into some problems caused by the erosion that occurred prior to the retaining wall being installed, but Jesse promptly returned to deal with it. The fence looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Tillerman."
