Pricing was also good, although there were some price miscommunications relative to the sump pump add-on, which wound up being necessary for permit approval. Overall, they did a good job. Some delays experienced were beyond contractor control."

We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.

Evail and his team did a great job getting this project done in a timely manner despite many obstacles which were not in their control (weather, permit application review, etc). Evail worked around my schedule even if that meant he had to work over the weekend. Throughout the process Evail made many suggestions which resulted in a much better finished product at no additional cost. I spoke with multiple bidders before ultimately choosing EAD. Evail's prices were competitive and I truly believe I got a lot more by using him over his competitors. One of the main reasons I chose Evail over the other bidders is that he suggested using a wider sliding window instead of a swing window which resulted in more work for his team but was ultimately a much better finished product for our needs. Evail managed his team well and used quality material. I was very impressed throughout the entire process and would use Evail again for any type of home improvement work. The window and waterproofing turned out much better than I had originally anticipated."
