Update: I was contacted by the companys central office. I was told that Jonathan and his team had been let go because of previous issues. They are currently replacing the Maryland office. I was not further charged and they refunded my deposit. Original: Jonathan came promptly to my first appointment to look at the window repair work I needed to be done. He was friendly and responsive. The estimate came quickly and I agreed to the work. He said it would take two days plus materials and based his estimate on that. The first day they were supposed to come no one showed or called. I called after waiting hours and Jonathan rescheduled for another day. The workers were supposed to show up at 8:30 am the next day, but they did not arrive until after 10 am. They left and returned around 12. They worked from 12 to 5 and then left. I got an invoice saying all the agreed-upon work was done and they charged me the full amount. When I looked only 1/2 of the work was completed. They painted over the rest to make it look like the work was completed. I called Jonathan and he came the next day. He looked at the work and confirmed it was not complete. He said the contractors ran into complications. No one told me that and they tried to charge me for work that was not done. Jonathan said he would get the workers back out to come up with solutions to the problem. I did not hear from Jonathan for a week. When I contacted him he said the original workers had bailed and he is working with someone new who can finish the job. At this point, it is been a month without Jonathan reaching out to make any contact. I would not recommend this company at all!

The handyman did a good job. However he brought his wife and included her in the fee because it included 2people. I did not request 2 people.Also the fee was not what was quoted. Elaine johnson 8301 East beach dr nw wdc

Did 1/2 the job and I have been reaching out via email, phone and text to reschedule the 2nd part and they are completely unresponsive.

(North Fulton County, Georgia) - We used Pronto Home Repairs to replace our sliding glass door with a French Door. Orlando did the work and Justin oversaw the entire process, including picking up the door we purchased at Lowe's for us, free of charge! Justin was always available! And he was where he said he was going to be, when he said he was going to be there. 100% followed through with everything he promised. Orlando was AWESOME! He did a fantastic job! His work went above and beyond, especially when he replaced a piece of floor covering that our dog chewed up as a puppy! I saw on a previous and recent rating that trash was left at the home. Orlando stacked the old door, tracks and frames in a neat pile and three hours later Justin came and got it and hauled it off. No issues there. Also we obtained 4 quotes for this job. Pronto Home Repair was $400.00 less than the next quote, and $1600.00 less than the most expensive quote. You cannot beat that! Quality work, Quality people! I would recommend them 100% of the time.

This is a good company for repair work. They do not hire licensed contractors so do not hire them if your project requires a building, electrical, plumbing or mechanical permit.

The job was left unfinished

I hired this company to repair couple of paint repairs. They did good job, the painter was very capable, knowledgable and flexible to get the job done. He was very professional and responsive. The customer service from Pronto was really good. I highly recommend them.

The contractor came and looked at the property,have me a fair assessment of the issue s I had. He came back as scheduled completed the job in a timely manner no inconvenience to me

Very professional

I had grab bars installed in my shower. Zack came by 2 days later, told me what parts to order and gave me an estimate. The parts arrived 2 days later and Zack was back in 2 days for the installation. Excellent job and thorough cleanup.
