"I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. I'm thankful I now know who to call for my plumbing needs."

"I initially called Shaffer Plumbing and a Plumber came out to assess the situation. We were told that our cold water line was leaking and our old water heater needed to be replaced. The Plumber 1st repaired the leak and replaced valve. As we supplied the water heater the Plumber returned a few days later, installed the new water heater, cleaned up beautifully and removed the old water at no additional charge!!"

And additional bonus is that he recommended the Goodman A/C and heating systems, which get very good reviews and are not overly expensive. On the day of installation, he was very thorough and made sure the work was done properly. He also followed up with emails and made an additional visit to check the humidity levels in the house. "competent and pleasant. followed through after initial estimate and though wasn't the lowest bid initially by following up he was able to match it. we had him install gas boiler and hot water heater at our son's home and next week he is installing hot water heater at our home. So far we are quite pleased with his work and will recommend him to family and friends."
