Barry Jones, the person with whom I spoke at Mercer in Ellicott City understood that we were looking for a nice, basic carpet for a basement (that may or may not flood again), and didn't try to talk me into a higher end carpet that wouldn't have been practical for the space. I got a nice quality, basic carpet for a great price. Barry came out the next day to measure, and scheduled our carpet installation for 4 days later. You can tell he is very thorough and a perfectionist, (in the best way). The team arrived on time, were very thorough (installation was included in the price), and finished that day. Looks great and feels great! No complaints, would highly recommend."

They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail.
