"Todd was extremely responsive and called to schedule an in-home estimate the moment I clicked "request a quote" on the Angie's List site. He provided an estimate for both quartz and granite. I then went to their showroom to choose the quartz I wanted (and the sink and faucet) and to schedule the measuring. The laser measuring of my kitchen was very cool. Then the installation was scheduled--counters, sink, and faucet--and it all went very smoothly--even with a run to Home Depot by the plumber for a fitting. I really like that they contract the plumber and that all the installation is done in one day, so there's no down time in teh kitchen."

We had several scheduling issues because my wife and I were going on vacation, but Dave worked with us to meet our needs. "The individuals from Baltimore's Best Tub Refinishing did some excellent short notice repairs on my master bath tub.  I noticed about a month ago that the tub was leaking down into our half bathroom, a floor below and within a week Bruce was able to set up a date with me to have a template made for the inlay, and have it installed two weeks later.  Since the crack wasn't where the inlay would be installed, the team also conducted a repair to the leak/crack area, and used foam to add increased support to the weak spot the crack occurred in.  Bruce contacted me himself to walk me through the process prior, and even sent a video of what the inlay would look like.  The install and repair only took a few hours and upon completion, the team gave direction on how to properly care for the new inlay and repair.

"Great. They came beforehand to make sure which size would be best to fit into a tight closet (the new heaters are slightly wider than the old) because this is a condo, this required a pan and an alarm in case of leakage. They also agreed to repair a faucet handle that I had been told was a huge job involving going through a wall- they found the proper replacement handle and did it efficiently and inexpensively without having to go through the wall!"

"We initially hired Tony to clean and refinish our hard wood floors. Tony came to the house and explained his work philosophy and how his team would do the work. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. The workers came on time, and did a great job bringing 20-year old floors back to life. "I was interested in getting new kitchen cabinets, but I did not want to make any changes in the current layout.  I found out that refacing was the best option for what I wanted based on need and cost.  They were very efficient and professional.  I was very pleased with my new cabinets.  The only downside to the new cabinets are the brackets that hold the drawers are not equip to hold much weight.  So, the company has to come out to reinforce the drawers after installation."
