"The service tech came to my home and did an assessment of the issue. Found the leak in the gas line, showed me where it was leaking. He told me what needed to be to fix the leak, gave me a quote, got his tools and started working. The whole process took about 30mins or less and he was done. I checked my burners to make sure the gas was flowing properly. Everything was put back in its original place and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. Great Job. I would recommend this company again."

Rather than receiving a straightforward answer, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I didn’t have the right to inquire about a service I paid a significant amount for. If the answer is “no, there’s no warranty,” then just say that. I would’ve scheduled another appointment and paid for the additional work.
