"When I received the list of plumber in the area at 4pm, I really had not made up my mind to contact them but they contacted me and offered a free consult and then told me they could have some out in an hour - that blew me away - I was expecting a day or two. He showed up within the hour and was very professional. I explained the steps I took to unclog the drain and he politely explained alternatives for the future. He tested several sites to narrow down the clog which was located very close and not to the main line which would have cost more. It took about 15 minutes, he cleaned up and put everything back in it's original location. I didn't see any water any where. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"

"Ensor has received a lot of hate here but we had the exact opposite experience. Our main sewer line clogged late on a Thursday night. Jason came and was extremely thorough. He was clean, really respectful of our house, explained everything he was doing and why (I ask a lot of questions), and on and on. Ensor explained all of their charges ahead of time, including the emergency/late night fee. So no surprises at all from that perspective. A definite go-to when we need service again."

"Very pleased with the service! Nick and his crew were easy to work with and very courteous under a difficult situation. They replaced a clogged terra cotta sewer line and a partial terra cotta storm drain which had previously been connected to the old sewer line. In addition, while the driveway was torn up, we decided to replace the old copper water line even though that line was OK at the time. Then, they repaved the cut-up portion of the asphalt driveway. When the Baltimore County sewer people came to complete their clean out of the few feet near the County sewer line, the County crew said to us that BFMD always does a good job. Don't know why you called us! Answer: I was told to call you!"

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"
