Very well! They came and fix it. They even went to the store and back for one piece that did not have on the truck. Very nice people (Father and son)

Great guys, very friendly, competent, and professional. I think their phone answering is a little overwhelmed, but it's probably because they do really good work at a fair price. We were referred through our home warranty company and had them come out and do work that wasn't even covered by the warranty. Would definitely use again.

In March 2015 through my home warranty The Drain Cleaners were assigned to fix a broken flushing mechanism in a toilet.  The mechanism was unlike one they'd ever seen so they removed it, replaced it with a more standard internal flushing system and verified operation and integrity of the toilet.  This was done quite satisfactorally.
At the time I also got a quote for some additional work I was going to need done to replace some corroding black iron pipes in my basement.  Due to travel and other issues this was put off until July when I contacted them to do the work.  They were a no show at the first appointment.  I was not contacted prior to their missing the appointment or for at least 2 hours after the scheduled time.  I was contacted later that afternoon and found out that there had been an emergency leak that had turned out to be a major problem and the plumber had been tied up with that.  A followup appointment was made for  later that week.
They failed to show up to that appointment and no explanation was given.  I then had some travel and didn't contact them until 3 weeks later when I learned there had been a medical issue and I decided to give them a third chance.  They failed to show a third time and have yet to communicate what the excuse is this time.
I cannot recommend a operation that has such poor communication with its customers and stands them up like the Drain Cleaners did.  Though their work replacing the flushing mechanism was quite good the first visit, their subsequent behavior leaves me unable to recommend them.

The service went fine. One technician came out and completed the job in under a half hour. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Steve came very fast after our call, found the issue and replaced the faucet and also a portion of the pipe inside the house. He worked fast and efficiently.  He was very careful with our property inside to avoid damaging other parts while replacing the pipe inside.

We called and they came the same day on a Sunday. Worked very hard to unclog the toilet and when they found that it was impossible, they offered to replace it. As we accepted, they went to the store to buy one and installed it the same day. They did not charge us for the attempts to unclog the toilet.  The father and son were very nice and personable and clearly the father had a lot of experience.

Replied to message late Friday night, came out on Saturday afternoon. Replaced a broken pipe, and installed a new pipe to attach to a new dishwasher. Installed the new dishwasher as well. Very professional, fast, good work. Father and son were very nice. Very happy with service overall. Would use them again.

Only told me my sump pump wasn't good and said I needed to get another one.

Everyone is always on the lookout for an "honest" plumber, and that is exacly who these guys are.  Friendly family owned business that is not out to make an easy dollar.  I genuinely enjoyed working with this company.
Steve and his son, Steve, Jr., arrived well within the stated window of time and were very professional throughout the entire process.  They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done.  I had made several assumptions of what the issues were prior to their arrival and they took the time to explain why each of these assumptions was incorrect.  Long story short, I thought the Main Line was blocked, when in fact the blockage was occuring prior to the Main Line.  They snaked the blocked line and within 20 minutes everything was back to normal.  They also provided insight into some other issues that I was concerned about, and explained that there was nothing wrong and why.
Side note, read the "Big Deals" language very carefully.  I purchased a Main Line cleanout "Big Deal" coupon for these services and even if it had been related to the Main Line, this deal would not have been applicable.  It is primarily my fault for not carefully reading what was written, but just thought I would add this as well.

They did a great job snaking the drain.  It ended up being more work than we thought because of the size of our pipes but they got the job done.  The only issue was that my husband had to spend two additional hours cleaning up (you can imagine) our basement floor.  Not sure if they weren't prepared for a mess or if the coupon we purchased didn't extend to a thorough cleanup?

They arrived and wanted to use the inside access pipe. It was walled off and not accessible, so they used the exterior access line. They plugged their machine in and did the job.

i had gone with a different company a few months earlier who had used a small snake and really didn't do the job very well...the Drain Cleaner used larger/much longer snake and kept working at it til they were satisfied the job was done well.  An excellent father/son team.  I would recommend them and would use again.

Steve and his son were prompt; extremely polite and exceptionally professional.  I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing fix.  His wife was just as polite and professional over the phone.  They were terrific!!!
