"Really appreciate Mahon (Mike and Robert) to come out the day after New Year's to assist us. Our basement bathroom drain line had clogged and I had spent most of NYE day trying to use a plunger and typical off-the-shelf remedies to fix. This service qualified as a emergency call due to the holiday (as these things happen). We were the 7th customer they were scheduled to see. Luckily, they were in the area for another emergency appointment and were able to assist us earlier than promised. They were extremely careful in lugging the 250lb auger through the house and did not damage anything. They had the drain open and flowing within 10 minutes. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!!
