They arrived on time and did a good job servicing our water softener system.

Great! I called Zepp first thing in the morning and a technician was in our driveway two hours later. He assessed our heater, which had died a miserable death, and gave us an estimate. He returned an hour later with another tech and with a new tank. A very short time later the tank was installed, hot water was once again flowing in our home. The tech even ran a very nice pvc emergency overflow extension along our wall. The estimate was accurate to the penny and the job was well done and professional. A+++

Two techs arrived on the same day to fix the problem, friendly and professional. I explained how I noticed that the shower was not draining, and shortly after, no toilets were draining. The techs set to work clearing the clog via the outside septic access with a roto-rooter type tool—all in all, about an hours time from diagnosis to finish. They even stayed behind to help me test the system. It was a bit more than I was expecting to pay, but I was happy to have such a quick response and Zepp knows their stuff. Would hire again.

Eddie Zepp replaced my boiler with an efficient state of the art system. Eddie, is professional, personable and reasonably priced.

They were on time, on budget, responsive, and professional. They were respectful of me, my family, and our home. If I had any plumbing left to do, I would certainly hire them to do the work.

Had the problem for a couple of weeks. Called at 8;15a and was told someone would be there between 10 & 12. Mr. Zepp arrived at 10:30 and diagnosed the problem. Left and came back with 2 helpers to pull the old pump (354') and replaced with new pump and wiring. Great job ! Polite and efficient. Perfect !! Would (will) use again.

They're great. They have done a tremendous amount of work for us.

We had no water and a rep came over within a few hours to diagnose the problem. He determined the problem was with the pump and estimated a new pump installed would be $1800-$2200. He another Zepp employee came the next morning and installed the pump. Both men were very professional and courteous. Total cost was $1800.

We were pleasantly surprised that we could run the dishwasher, run laundry, and take a shower-all without a loss of pressure. We are also very pleased that the water from our well does not have to be treated to get a neutral pH; something we did have to put up with on our old well.

Came out after our pipes froze and burst.  They were quick, professional and reasonably priced.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very efficient. Good personal interface. Thorough and good clean up of work area. Automatically used warranty for replacement parts if available.

We asked several plumbers for quotes and they were comparable. They were responsive to communication. The office staff person, his name is Brian, was really good about getting questions answered and scheduling and that sort of thing. I would say though that you really have to have some of your own knowledge about plumbing. This has been our experience with contracting in general, I don't think it's just this project with the plumber. They did a good job. What happened, was our home, when it was built 25 years ago, the original contractors that built the home, they reversed the hot and cold water in that particular bathroom. And so you would think that part of the installation process would to be to make sure that the hot and cold were where they are supposed to be. It's just part of installation. They came back and they fixed it. We had asked about the smell coming from the tub and it turned out that it was just a very new tub. Normally I guess tubs have a chance to sit in the warehouse for a while, that it is just a chemical smell. They came out and they were very responsive. They said they would fix and it would take 30 minutes. That was probably the only thing for an irritation. They did not charge me for fixing it. So it wasn't that big of a problem. They were comparable with everyone else. In that sense it wasn't a super deal, but they weren't super expensive either. The work was very good. They were very responsive and on time.

We used Zepp when our usual plumber was on vacation didn't have an opening for a day and half.  Zepp was able to provide a plumber an hour (!) after I called since I needed the problem resolved before I left for work.  He was very friendly and asked if we were ok with using a faucet that didn't match the fixtures (I'll worry about aesthetics later, I just need my kitchen sink working - but thanks for asking!).  He even pointed out that the previous owners had installed a high quality water filter that we could find easily on Amazon (good find).
Overall, they were just as good as our usual service. Would definitely look at them first and then compare before I just go with "the same old same old".

They are really good. We have used them multiple times in the last five years. They were professional and the people that they send out are very good. I will continue to use them.

The installation went well and the annual follow-up went equally well. We've used them for over 10 years now.

This company has been providing our plumbing needs for close to a decade. They are prompt, reliable, and skilled.

When we purchased our home we knew it had an almost 50 year old boiler heat system.  However, as winter began we realized it made too much noise and was very inefficient.
 So, we had already used Zepp to replace some existing baseboard heat in the same house where we had to reconstruct the "finished" side of the our lower level. We were pleased with their work so we decided to rehire them (we initially found
them on Angie's List.)
 Eddie Zepp, Shaun and others arrived on time and indeed swapped out the old boiler system.  What they didn't anticipate
is the previous boiler installation was fraught with faulty electric and poor workmanship.  The 9 hour job turned into a two day ordeal.
 Zepp, however, stayed with the job and professionally installed a new four zone, four thermostat heating system that works very well.  AND they stayed with the original quote.  So, here is THE thing....the work was excellent, the materials excellent and their commitment to finish the job with the original quote exceptional. 
So,  how would YOU rate a craftsman like that?  If you need a plumbing company that is not only family owned, but family FRIENDLY and does professional work----you can't go wrong with Zepp!   PS  I am not related to any Zepps...:-)
