"Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! "As far as Home Advisor the person you hire needs to be verified before they are dispatched to your home, the first person a "plumber" was nothing close just a man with a drain cleaning tool, no car no truck net even a screwdriver. However, BFMD, LLC was very professional with a truck and tools even a backup if needed. He came into my home and within 10 minutes the clog was gone. He was very pleasant and wore covers on his shoes to keep my nasty floors clean, or to keep his shoes clean since I had sewer water on my basement floor."

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"
