He showed up within the hour and was very professional. I explained the steps I took to unclog the drain and he politely explained alternatives for the future. He tested several sites to narrow down the clog which was located very close and not to the main line which would have cost more. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! They replaced a clogged terra cotta sewer line and a partial terra cotta storm drain which had previously been connected to the old sewer line. In addition, while the driveway was torn up, we decided to replace the old copper water line even though that line was OK at the time. Then, they repaved the cut-up portion of the asphalt driveway. When the Baltimore County sewer people came to complete their clean out of the few feet near the County sewer line, the County crew said to us that BFMD always does a good job.
