"Rema came out on a Sunday to replace my sump pump. There was a terrible smell coming from the sump pit and the pump was not working. The pit was filling up and the water was near the top. A large squirrel had gotten in and chewed the electrical wires and drowned in the pit. Needless to say the smell was quite awful!! Rema took care of everything. He had a pump available that was better quality than the one I had purchased. He completed the installation of the pump and installed a new back flow valve. He also stabilized the pipe and rerouted the wire to keep it off the floor. I was pleased by the speed at which he arrived. I mad my initial request on Home Advisor at 3 pm and Rema was at my home shortly after 5 pm. I would definitely use his services again. The price and quality of work was excellent and his installation work was much better than the old pump installation."

Brian came out at 8 am the next day and got it fixed (installed the replacement faucet I had purchased) as well as replaced a leaky outdoor spigot. Years ago, Brian also installed my sump pump. He is super knowledgeable, laid back, and friendly. He's up front with costs (of which are very reasonable) and work quality is excellent. I'll definitely be calling him for future plumbing needs."

When they showed up they were right on time and they were conscientious of my floors (they used disposable shoe covers), they added a "one-way" valve to the drain pipe and the sump pump in quick order, had all the parts they needed on the truck and were done within an hour. When I called to request the appointment the woman that answered was able to schedule me for the next day... The price was fair and the sump pump they installed was (according to Amazon) top notch!
