He patiently and methodically examined all the potential sources of water entry while keeping suggested repairs to a minimum. The crew started immediately, keeping within the scope of work and cost outlined in the price quote. They installed a back yard drainage system to control storm water and replaced the blocked portion of the foundation drainage system. They were very professional and quickly but carefully completed the work, leaving the site spotless. The crew (Unique Porter, Brandon Cruz and Melvin) arrived on schedule and worked through cold, icy/snowy weather to get the work done expeditiously and right. When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It is a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot.
