The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "Replaced gutters and added "helmets." James, Carlos and Shaun arrived.at about 11 am and left about 2:30 pm. They weren't rude but they "didn't seem to have time to "give us the time of day." The finished product "looks" great, however, we are extremely concerned about the quality of the workmanship given how they worked so fast - as if "how they did the job" maybe didn't matter. Obviously the reason for the replacement was to improve performance, especially in a heavy rain. Of course, we won't know until we have several heavy rains. We hope they'll hold up well over time. They said they would check to make sure the downspouts were not plugged up but to our knowledge, they didn't take time to do it."

"Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem.
