We didn’t have any problems out of them.  Sometimes, he may have stayed longer than scheduled or would even come on a Saturday to work because he was on a schedule. I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt. Diaz and his team rebuilt everything from the sub-flooring, new walls, and plumbing...and other major infrastructure that is not always thought of. We love our new basement with a complete bathroom! "Roberto came to my home and was quite professional and communicative about the process he would use. As we remove the roof, he was communicative about wood that needed to be replaced which would affect the finished price. I was informed that this might be the case when we worked out the price, and then he demonstrated the need with by sending pictures throughout the process. The job was completed to the specified Standards, and the clean up did not just clean up the debris in the yard, but Roberto also cleaned up the debris that fell into the attic as they removed boards. I wouldn't just recommend he and his crew, but I would also rehire them as they did a very professional job."
