"JL Smith is our go to contractor. He has brought our 50 year old house into the 21st century. Over a few years he has remodeled our: basement, kitchen, master bath, hall bath and foyer. Additionally, he painted the rooms on our main floor, replaced all the interior doors and hardware and upgraded our electrical system. We didn’t want just a cosmetic redo. We wanted our house to be ready to carry us through retirement with minimal issues. So our renovations were from the studs out. This included plumbing, electrical, wall insulation and termite repair. We love working with Mr. Smith. He is unflappable. His integrity, calm demeanor, expert workmanship and customer focus is what sets him apart from other competitors. If we have another project or are asked to refer a contractor to family or friends, we go to Joe Smith. I cannot recommend JL Smith more highly."

"It was a pleasure again working with Yosuary Diaz and his team on our unfinished basement renovation. We hired them before for whole house interior painting. I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt.
