 + -1 moreBrian McCarty was excellent, very collaborative and a good listener. He is not the type to impose his ideas. His experience with houses in my neighborhood that are similar to mine helped avoid design problems down the road. He came up with an excellent design that made the most of my budget. I also hired him to help me conduct quality control on the work performed by the builder. His eye for detail and thorough knowledge of code was critical in helping identify errors and deficiencies in the contractor's work.
Description of Work: BFM drafted the plans for my 2nd floor renovation.
