"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"We hired AES to do our master bathroom remodel. We are very happy with it, it’s beautiful! Everyone was friendly and professional, the sales person/estimator, the two men who did the work, the concierge, they were all very good at what they do. The workers were detail oriented and cleaned up the place every day before they left. We received quotes from 3 companies for this job, AES was in the middle. We really liked the concierge service - they send a designer with you to shop for the tiles, flooring, fixtures, etc, they help you pick everything out and tie it all together into a coherent design. It was very helpful, they even help you pick out paint colors."

He's very honest and will tell you exactly what you need, recommend alternatives, and answered every question plainly and clearly. Price was very reasonable, especially given the excellent work done. His workers are all very pleasant and clean up completely afterward. They're very thorough and exact. Walter or his guys always said what they're working on and accomplishing every day and they always completed it. Bathroom looks great. Very well informed and expert at his job. Tim was on time everyday and very efficient, professional, and kind... and did a great clean-up job everyday when he was finished!. Finished the job one day early. Tim and the company coordinated countertop, electrical, and plumbing services as well. The remodel looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company and Tim especially!"
