"I am so happy with the job Gary Howard, Jr. of Perry Hall Remodeling have done with my bathroom. I had an idea to convert old wash stand and I had to a bathroom vanity with a vessel sink. I spoke to Gary and we set it all up. He did a fantastic job and I’m so happy with it! It’s so unique and I just love it. He also put in a new tile floor, painted and fixed other areas that had been neglected for too long. I can’t recommend Perry Hall Remodeling enough. Their work is always of the best quality and they stand behind their work."

"Precision Remodeling did a phenomenal job rebuilding my leaky basement shower stall the result of poor installation from another contractor this spring. Jamie reassured me that his company uses quality waterproofing materials (Wedi) and employs skilled tradesman. Kirk, the plumbing technician, discovered a secondary leak in the piping and was able to correct the issue before shower installation. Steve meticulously waterproofed and tiled the shower in an intricate herringbone pattern. Grout lines are to perfection and no leaks! Jamie kept me informed of every aspect of the project. All members of the team were prompt, courteous, and clean. Precision Remodeling has earned my trust as a top-rated company. I look forward to my next full bath remodel."

"They did a great job remodeling my bathroom"

"Qualified Remodelers went above and beyond expectations on our renovation project. We had a rough idea of what we wanted (mainly kitchen expansion and laundry room move) and Joe, Pam, and team helped design and complete our vision and made it come true better than we could have imagined! They were extremely patient throughout the process, efficient, keen on every detail, and will go to lengths to find what you want when it comes to design. They were flexible throughout the project as our vision evolved and were very communicative. The team of contractors are all extremely skilled as demonstrated through the quality of their work and attention to detail throughout the whole project. We are extremely happy we chose Qualified Remodelers for our kitchen expansion and laundry room move plus other house projects and cannot wait to use our new space! Highly recommend - easy 10/10!"

"Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"Walter and his Team did an absolutely phenomenal job. This was my familyâ s first big renovation (bathroom remodel) so I was anxious to do it right and do my due diligence. From our first meeting I knew I was in good hands, but still received three quotes to be prudent. I felt Walter was direct, listened to the vision of the space, gave a fare rate and didnâ t sugar coat things. I appreciated Walters honesty and willingness to explain things anytime I had a question. Will definitely use his team again. They did a very modern bathroom renovation and all the partners they use are top notch. Tile work is amazing. I was concerned initially when researching because the company website seemed to have some older pictures, but that was a non issue. Walter has pictures on his phone of new renovations that show a very modern design and reinforce his expertise in the space and knowledge of current trends."

"Renken did a great job of communicating throughout the process. The design process was very helpful. The crews and company left us with a beautiful bathroom."

"We had a leaking shower and were told we needed a complete remodel, but Kevin found a bad part and replaced it. Problem solved, saved thousands. We will definitely be calling them back and recommending them for sure!!!!"
