"I have nothing but good things to say about Gary Howard Sr. and Gary Howard Jr. of Perryhall Remodeling. I had storm damage that resulted in an assortment of things to be repaired. Gary Sr. and Gary Jr are truly caring professionals. Some of the work had to be subcontracted (chimney and roofing) and they hired excellent contractors. They were attentive to any concerns that we had during the process. They made sure that everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the end result of all aspects are beautiful. Hire them; you won't be sorry."

"Absolutely loved working with the Precision Remodeling team. I came across them a few years back when we had damage to our deck during a storm and they replaced the deck. They did a great job then, so when we decided to re-model our kitchen, we worked with them. Jamie was excellent. He and the team that did the work were incredible. They laid out all of the options and costs in detail. Every time we adjusted something or had a new idea, they were accommodating and straight forward in laying out the costs, benefits and challenges. They worked well with our schedule issues when we had them. They pointed us to the right places to select materials, details and options. Jamie even helped us design our layout as we made some changes to the kitchen set-up. After two projects with the Precision team, I feel very comfortable saying that I will always go to them first for all of my future home projects and would highly recommend them and encourage people to check them out when considering any home remodeling projects."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

Our goal was to use quality materials, with a combination of elegance and simplicity. We wanted it to be barefoot friendly, water resistant and easy to clean. This goal was met with quality materials, fine design and workmanship. The committed workers did an outstanding job . These 3 rooms are now my favorite places in my home."

"Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"Requested a couple of contractors from Home Advisor to remodel our outdated bathroom. Walter called back almost immediately. Set up a visit and got an estimate in no time. He's very honest and will tell you exactly what you need, recommend alternatives, and answered every question plainly and clearly. Price was very reasonable, especially given the excellent work done. His workers are all very pleasant and clean up completely afterward. They're very thorough and exact. Walter or his guys always said what they're working on and accomplishing every day and they always completed it. Bathroom looks great.
