"I have nothing but good things to say about Gary Howard Sr. and Gary Howard Jr. of Perryhall Remodeling. I had storm damage that resulted in an assortment of things to be repaired. Gary Sr. and Gary Jr are truly caring professionals. Some of the work had to be subcontracted (chimney and roofing) and they hired excellent contractors. They were attentive to any concerns that we had during the process. They made sure that everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the end result of all aspects are beautiful. "Absolutely loved working with the Precision Remodeling team. I came across them a few years back when we had damage to our deck during a storm and they replaced the deck. They did a great job then, so when we decided to re-model our kitchen, we worked with them. Jamie was excellent. He and the team that did the work were incredible. They laid out all of the options and costs in detail. Every time we adjusted something or had a new idea, they were accommodating and straight forward in laying out the costs, benefits and challenges. They worked well with our schedule issues when we had them. They pointed us to the right places to select materials, details and options. Jamie even helped us design our layout as we made some changes to the kitchen set-up. After two projects with the Precision team, I feel very comfortable saying that I will always go to them first for all of my future home projects and would highly recommend them and encourage people to check them out when considering any home remodeling projects."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

Very well informed and expert at his job. Tim was on time everyday and very efficient, professional, and kind... and did a great clean-up job everyday when he was finished!. Finished the job one day early. Tim and the company coordinated countertop, electrical, and plumbing services as well. The remodel looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company and Tim especially!"
