Unfortunately I am not a master electrician for any major projects that might need a permit pulled I can’t do that do to state laws. Just being honest. But my rates are fair I don’t don’t charge the customer for material, I usually give a list for the customer to purchase and only charge labor.

We met him at the site a few days later agreed on a price and color and signed an agreement. He showed up the next day with his crew, we let him in the building for window access to help with patching, painting and moving the ladder (it's 4 stories and a long ladder).

Luckily it was pretty warm and dry that day so the work went quickly due to fast dry times.
