"It went pretty good.  I purchased it at the beginning of this month but the work was done recently.  There was an additional cost apart from the $649 deal.  I had to pay additional lights.  One issue was, we talked about holiday colors and he did not have any of those.  They only have the standard white light bulbs."

"The owner inspected the site and even talked to the beat cop (this is a busy downtown location) to get the lowdown on what to expect and when he could put up ladders. We met him at the site a few days later agreed on a price and color and signed an agreement. He showed up the next day with his crew, we let him in the building for window access to help with patching, painting and moving the ladder (it's 4 stories and a long ladder).

Luckily it was pretty warm and dry that day so the work went quickly due to fast dry times.

He worked a solid day doing the requested work and even power washed our cement and shed, which was not part of the original plan. He and his friend were so pleasant to work with. They were eager to make us happy with their work. Tyler did the job and the extra at the originally quoted price (which was very reasonable).
