Providing reliable and excellent service to our customers is our top priority. With over 14 years in the business, we offer a full line of property maintenance services with a specialization in installing kitchen cabinets, floors, and small electric repairs along with any other everyday repair needs.

"At first it went fine. The had to come back because we needed another part. So I paid 150 deposit and then it was supposed to be an additional 200-300. After the work was done I was told it was ANOTHER 400 making the total cost 550 to hang a door! After much discussion he agreed to take an additional 325 instead of the 400 but that was still way to much. He was very wishy washy on the price and was always trying to raise the final number. Very shady! I would NOT recommend this company!"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

It depends on the type of tree. Typically, late spring on the cusp of winter is ideal for trees about to emerge from dormancy and produce new buds. That said, late fall is ideal for certain deciduous trees prone to bleeding sap. Avoid trimming trees in early spring, when they’re prone to disease.

Aside from removing dead or diseased branches, you should prune your trees somewhere between every one and three years. Some people—particularly commercial farmers—prune their apple trees yearly to produce higher yields. This is the best way to promote tree health. That said, the average homeowner can get away with hard-pruning their mature apple tree every other year or every three years.

Cutting down a dead tree is always strongly advisable. Aside from being an eyesore, a dead tree can be extremely hazardous, especially when it’s near people or structures. Even if the tree isn’t near your home, it can still harbor pests and diseases that can potentially spread to nearby plants and homes.

If a disease has attacked and destroyed the roots, then the tree may fall over as soon as it has died or while part of it is still alive. Trees that die with their roots left in place tend to stay standing for much longer, but those roots will decay eventually, allowing gravity to do the rest.

Typically, arborists charge between $100 and $350 per hour. The amount an arborist charges depends on several factors, such as the type of tree inspection, the number of trees, and accessibility. The price can also depend on whether you are working with an independent arborist or a larger tree service company. When hiring an arborist, you should consider their experience, insurance coverage, and fees.
