I am very pleased with the results! Gordon trimmed tree limbs away from the roof, cut branches off of our magnolia tree that were damaged during the recent snow storm. "I got an estimate for yard work from Hometown Tree Experts about 7 months ago. One of the early estimates included pruning some tree branches on my neighbors property because they were growing into my property. My neighbor later did the work himself and rescinded permission for Hometown Tree Experts to prune his tree. I corresponded with Jacque in the Hometown Tree Office by email and she verified that my neighbors property was removed from the quote. I then paid a deposit and signed a contract for work in my yard only. The work in my yard was fine. Unfortunately, the Hometown Tree workers apparently did not have the updated version of the work order where neighbor’s property was removed. They cut off several additional branches from my neighbor’s tree without his permission. I was very upset to hear that Hometown Tree Experts had gone into my neighbor’s yard and cut additional branches off after he had already done the needed work himself. I have called and emailed Hometown Tree Experts many times over the past 7 months to ask what they were doing to address their error. They told me repeatedly that they were working with my neighbor to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed and frustrated to hear that this this issue is still not resolved. My neighbor ultimately hired another company to fix the work done by Hometown Tree Company. I was not involved with discussions with other company so I cannot comment on that. All I know is that my neighbor and Hometown Tree Experts still have not resolved their dispute 7 months later."

"Your company was third to give me a quote. It was so much cheaper than others I had to ask three times if it was for tree removal & stump. There was a delay in getting started as I was having driveway paved and it was pending the weather. As it turned out the paving company had showed up same day as service for tree & was told they could come back following Monday. For some unknown reason you guys didn't return so was desperate on finding you again because I was not given a card or firm date for service. As it turned out after several calls I found your service contact again and even with rain the night before, your guys were there bright & early. The tree and stump & tree was removed, everything was cleaned so good you couldn't even see there was a tree there before. I will definitely use your company again on other properties and highly recommend your service to anyone who is looking. Thanks for a well done job. "
