I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. "I hired Quick Service from 3 plumbers that I called. The first part of my repair was located in the crawlspace under my house. The other 2 plumbers would not even come out to look at the job because of that. Quick Service gladly came out, quickly by the way, to look at the job and even came up with a possible alternative to going in the crawlspace. They also provided an estimate to replace all of the plumbing copper pipes and well pump. My house is almost 100 years old and needs a lot of work. They started the 1st stage of the job within days and completed it the same day. a few weeks later they came back to do an emergency replacement of my well pump. I called them on a Sunday when the well pump valve blew off and water was flooding everywhere. He calmly explained how to shut off the water and came right over to assess the situation. They came back a day later and replaced the pump. Quick Service is amazing, from the lady that answers the phone to the master plumber and his assistant. They are kind, expert at their job and very willing to work with us in staging the work so we don't have a large repair bill all at once. "VKB did an excellent job on both bathrooms, and replaced the damaged drywall in the dining room from the plumbing incident(s) that led to the decision to remodel the bathrooms. The work was completed on-time and (ever so slightly) under-budget. The PM (Jason) kept us informed and updated to everything that was going on and what to expect schedule-wise. The crew chief, Jonathan, was here every day working diligently and with an amazing attention to detail. I appreciated the craftsmanship he displayed, his explanations he gave to allow me to make decisions, and the consistency of having the same person in charge for the entire project. Jonathan worked long hours and was truly committed to the success of the project. I would definitely hire them again and in fact I am planning on engaging them again for our kitchen when we are ready for that."

"Our shower installation took a month to complete. I didn’t hear back from anyone as to when to pick the tiles until I called them. Then, I had to call a week and a half later, to find out when demolition would begin. When I was emailed a date, originally it wouldn’t work. When a change in schedules with work occured, they never informed us they were actually coming. Next came the door measurements. They measured incorrectly which, to their credit, only put the project completion off 3 more days, because they rushed the new door. Understand please, our shower door is not a standard size, so additional work was needed."
