They are overpriced now. $500 to replace a bathroom faucet that I supplied. Time to find a new plumber in Columbia & Ellicott City area.

After having Ken Griffin as my plumber for 20+ years its time to look elsewhere. The call out rate and overall cost has increased excessively over the past year.

They're very good , very reliable and I highly recommend.

Ken Griffin has kept my plumbing working great for a long time - last year my bathtub drain and sink drain needed replacing and they did a great job, arrived on time, followed all covid precautions and advised on other questions I had. This year however, I was going to clean the bathtub drain and I could not figure out to remove the bathtub stopper so thought there might be an issue with it . Asked for help and they sent someone to show me how to do it -- as a courtesy -- happy to recommend them for their continued reliable work

The plumber who worked on our shower, Lance, did a very nice job. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. This was during the COVID period and he wore a mask (as did we) for the entire visit. Great job - we always call Ken Griffin Plumbing.

I have used Ken Griffin many years ago to install a sump pump battery backup which they did well. So, I called them again a couple weeks back . I had 3 things to do - a kitchen drain pipe that was leaking, a loose kitchen faucet and a leaking bathroom tub faucet. The plumber they sent fixed the drain pipe quickly and spent the next couple hours on the other 2 without any success. I paid him for the 2 hours he charged and he said I needed a new kitchen faucet and a new tub handle as he had to strip the screws and needed to drill the handle out. I got a new kitchen faucet and tub handle from Delta (the ladies who were supposed to call Delta never did). I called Ken Griffin back to have these installed and asked if they will give me a break on the pricing. They would not return my phone calls. When I finally got to talk to Kathy she was extremely rude and slammed the phone down. I ended up installing the new faucet myself. You are better off working with a more professional, experienced outfit and someone who will treat their customers with respect.

This was actually a multi-day process. A plumber came out the previous week and tried to repair the existing flush mechanism but to no avail, so parts had to be ordered. When the parts arrived it turned out the manufacturer sent the wrong ones. By this time it was the day before Christmas Eve and we were expecting a house full of guests for the week. The next day Kathy really made a heroic effort with distributers and scheduling plumbers to get the job done in time. The end result was that we got a new toilet and the installation work was perfect. Hats off to Chase and the other plumbers and Kathy.

George was fabulous. He checked it all out and repaired everything efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Very professional. He explained everything too.

The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to repair the faulty plastic pipe connect despite the fact that the job had to be completed during the night hours 8-10pm.

It was excellent, same day service. Very quick, very prompt and professional. The price was very fair also. We'll be using them again for sure.

We called Ken Griffin after receiving one quote from a plumber who wanted to cut a large hole into the walls of our 119-year-old house to troubleshoot a leak. A plumber from Ken Griffin came out, troubleshot, and offered an approach that was much less invasive. Unfortunately, later that day, my wife noticed that the leak was worse. A valve had broken during the first attempt to repair. We called the emergency line and were called back, after hours, almost immediately. Everyone we spoke with was extremely courteous. Long story short, the plumber came back out and fixed the issue. Everyone makes mistakes. It is how we deal with those mistakes that defines customer service. I will call and use Ken Griffen again.

The company scheduled an appointment for the next day. Kathy called back about an hour later saying they had someone free and would be there in 15 minutes if that was alright. It was perfect for me! Eric arrived and was very pleasant, introduced himself and wanted to see what we were working on. I showed him the area in a finished basement (not a lot of room to work in the access area) but he completed the job quickly. Great company and highly recommend.

When my toilet started leaking into the floor below, I didn't know what to expect in terms of expenses. We did our research and determined that it was likely the wax ring. We didn't speculate on what happened, but just called Ken Griffin. They were at our door within 30 minutes, and back out with a tidy bathroom within 45 minutes after that. I felt reassured that the problem was no bigger than the wax ring. The repair tech gave a quick summary and was very gracious throughout. He bleached the area around the toilet so that I didn't even have to worry about gross clean up. The price was right where I expected it to be, but my sense of relief is so much more than I could have expected! Solid and reliable.

Called with my problem, and they hooked me up with an appointment in a couple hours. Was notified, with a photo, of the plumber's impending arrival. Job was analyzed and completed in an hour. No wasted time. Cleaned up the job site. Very professional. They honored the Angie's list coupon, too. Will definitely call again.

Their service is excellent. Their workman are efficient and pleasant to have around, They are exceptional. Their service is worth every penny.

Job went as expected. They were timely and professional, will def use them again.

Difficult task but he,stuck with it

Install went well. Scheduling was the toughest part of the process. Painting of the gas line was sloppy.

I could not have found any service provider better than Ken Griffin.

They were on time. courteous, and cleaned-up.

Generally OK. However, the plumber would not repair the drain in the Master Bathroom because he said the faucet was from Home Depot and the owner wouldn't allow it. He suggested having it replaced (although the faucet works fine). There is just hair clogging the drain.

Once the technician got here, it went great. He was late -- apparently due to a computer malfunction at the main office. He was highly professional, knew what he was doing, and did not waste time. I would absolutely hire them again, particularly if Eric was the technician.

Excellent experience! I called into the office at 9am and was told a technician could be here by noon. I received a follow up that the tech could come earlier if I was available. Our tech was very professional and explained ways to prevent future issues. Great work!!
